An investor puts his/her money where their mouth is, its irrelevant whether they first invested yesterday or 10 years ago, both are identical, investors.

Again, if this is dragging on when ROI's ministers meet in London next month we should get in contact with PM Cameron before the UK enters into any JV deals and £1bn loans!. At the moment why on earth would the UK or any other G8 country trust the ROI?.

However, this is a new ROI government so we shall see their plans in the weeks ahead with how they will look to encourage vital foreign investment to their country.

My thanks also go to M1SAK.Just for info.The previous full hearing re jurisdiction of whether the ICSID could hear the case was held over two days in May 2013.The company issued an update RNS approximately 10 days later to say the hearing had taken place.The decision from that hearing was only given in late February the following year, about 9 months after the initial hearing.This weeks hearing has been listening to evidence for at leat 5 days and possibly more, so I am unsure how long it will take for the tribunal to make a decision and to publish it.Whilst we want the tribunal to make a thorough investigation into the claim, I can't help thinking that on hearing the evidence, they would not have come to some sort of decision towards the end of the week.Does anyone have any experience of how long this should take before a decisions is made?

Yesterday : Dip was pounced on enough to cause tick up then mms paid over the bid but took full ask [more or less]

25k @ 34.5 showing
There could be something else not yet declared [perhaps will be used to confuse us later ]
