If the Duncan's have indeed bought more it will have to be reported and as much as I dislike the way it's been handled it is actually a great personal deal for them. AIM really does have double standards when it suits them

I don't see that big7ime, why would EFH sell at 19.5p for something they paid 23.7p for, they held all the aces at margin call time. If RD walked away then an RNS would have had to be issued, even if he bought them back, his beneficial voting rights would have changed so an RNS would need to be released. For Directors holdings RNSs have to be released as soon as possible, normally same day or 7am the next.

They appear to have been sold (by EFH) so Duncs walked away, I.e. Got 23.7p and at same time bought back bought for 19.5p so a good deal for the Duncans. Whether that will get reported? As their position remains the same. Should relieve a lot of downward pressure on the shrs though

Have we just seen the Duncans sell 2 million shares to EFH? ie, let them go by not putting up more margin? If so I guess we should see an RNS soon, and also if so, then how long before the Duncans reward themselves with another freebie 2 million shares?

I'm more interested in knowing how the underlying business is going as the share price will then look after itself.We think HK might be up and running and the latest was that Singapore should launched this month although I can't find any evidence of the platform yet. Both these contracts should have a material impact to revenues when operational.

Oiht....Yes these.... I only post on BB's I hold, don't have the time to waste posting on sites not held, held these for years average 12p.

I have just lost faith in AIM market as a trustworthy investment and will get out when and if I manage to get my money back.

Great post on SXX board if you care to look, regarding AIM shares since 2011, educating, by LImskie I think.

I want these to succeed like all my other holdings, it seems the only ones that benefit out of AIM is the BOD and employees, not seen a dividend from any of my holding yet.

Clarification required but my bet is that Duncan's failed to make margin call, EFH sold shrs yesterday so maybe this fiasco will now be forgotten.

Big7ime You better be quiet and thought a fool than to always open your mouth and remove all doubts.
The share price currently bears no correlations with companies performance and progress, it's all manipulations and a tug of war over Duncan's shares.

RD suggested £50m revenues as early as next year, broker forecast for 2016 is £200k profit, so can't see them both happening, which do you think is the more realistic?
