AIM is a private piggy bank for BOD using shareholders money to fund their lavish lifestyles....as in this case. That's the problem with very very light regulation, and PI's have no power to influence how the company is managed.

Buy rating with £1 target price....what they talking about.

So you don't trust directors, you don't trust AIM, yet you still keep coming back for more. Baffling!
The fact is the risks are high on AIM but so can the rewards be, you can't have one without the other.

There are only two kinds of people in AIM, winners and losers.

This is no different to any other company. The only winners are the directors who pay themselves huge salaries. They reward themselves bonuses & shares. The shareholder is always the loser. Most of these companies are cash burners who will NEVER make a penny

Oiht - Trouble is he is right !! The Duncan's have a history of running this Company to the verge of running out of cash and then having an "emergency" fund raising at a single digit price but available ONLY to family and friends. If you want evidence look back to the placing at 1p in early September 2010.Miraculously a further Institutional placing took place THREE WEEKS LATER AT TRIPLE THE PRICE of the earlier issue of shares. How they got away with it I do not know but the Duncan's have always run this Company for THEIR benefit and NOT the shareholders.

Poor old Mug shareholders! paying good money to be forever diluted by directors milking the co with share awards and options (look how huge nearly 10%!) whether the co turns a profit or not, pretty disgusting to any sane person. You've got no chance making money up against that. I see the shrs at 15p before any sign of decent revenue, the next few yrs will be disappointment on disappointment but the directors have 4 yrs to make money and can issue even more at lower prices next yr and so on. even if they're not in the money it's win win for them with the nil pay shr incentive scheme every yr/some cos more frequent. It's a racket that's only getting worse every yr.
And not content with that they have to enter crazy schemes to sell their shares I.e. Via EFH

Thanks Oiht. Rock Star, this has gone from a flood of RNS's to a drought. In the short term I just want Cbuy to get to break even and to stop burning cash, and then hopefully see the useage begin to snowball. Once it is paying it's way, then we have an actual business, and heaven knows we have waited long enough for this dog to get to that point.

Exactly lefrene. I do sense if there is positive news the price could have a sharp move upwards. Awaiting more news with words Visa and cloudbuy in the same sentence.

Edit:I see today's volume was highest for 2 months or more.

I have no great doubt here but waiting for "Showtime HK" has taken at least 15 weeks longer than I thought. Should come in next 5 weeks or so imho.

A2584728 - I normally agree with your posts and in the past I have frequently voted them up but I can't agree with you on this !!!

"As the shares are exercised they are renewed and so they should be, would you prefer a discretionary bonus structure whereby the executive have carte Blanche to award whatever they want to whoever they want regardless of performance???"

They already have that !!!

Look back through the Company RNS's and you will see that the only options exercised in the last 10 years have been by staff - no director has ever taken up any options open to them so what is point of giving them more ?
The Duncan's are more fond of taking up placings of shares at single digit prices - they have been fortunate enough to do that several times in the past.

The only value of stock options to the Duncans is to be another source of profit if they eventually attain their goal of having the Company bought out.

Anyway,I do not wish to clutter the board up with our differences so as far as I am concerned this matter is closed although feel free to private message me if you want to argue further !!!!!

Look, options are a great incentive, no bonuses, everything is related to the share price rise, therefore the share price goes up the share holders are happy and so are the employees. As the shares are exercised they are renewed and so they should be, would you prefer a discretionary bonus structure whereby the executive have carte Blanche to award whatever they want to whoever they want regardless of performance???Share options are appreciated by the institutional investors. If you do not reward staff in this fashion they will go elsewhere.

A2584728 - Well the Duncan's already hold options at 1.75p and 11.625p which they have not taken up so any particular reason why they should work any harder to exercise these options ??
And then again there is always the famous warrants at 2p but of course they would actually have to get their hands in their pockets to get them !!!

Which doesn't really incentivise them at all, they would be better incentivised actually owning the shares, then they would want to see them rise, having the option to profit if they do and leave them to lapse if they don't isn't really incentivising is it.
It's like a bet where if you lose you get your stake back, but on these you don't even need to put a stake up until after the outcome.
