18/12/2008 11:51 | westcoastrich i notice you are doing the rounds on the retailers saying they are going bust - you sad man. Clinton cards is not doing as abdly as the share price suggests 5p rediculous just over 1.8m shares tarded - wow £90K worth and share price down 20%. Day light robbery going on, small shareholders being shafted and the likes of westcoach speading rumours. could easily double or even treble in next to no time. Lewin and family own decent size stake, not sure why they dont take it private at 20p per share? | bonzo1 | |

10/12/2008 13:58 | "The Company seeks approval from shareholders at each Annual General Meeting to make market purchases of its own shares. It is unable to exercise this right because the Lewin family hold 32% of the total equity. Any such market purchase would therefore increase their holding and, because their holding is more than 30%, require them to make an offer for the remaining equity. To avoid this and to make market purchases of shares possible, the Company will seek approval from shareholders (excluding the Lewin family) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to allow such purchases without triggering a bid situation.
