Agree adorling. I think the market might be concerned about their debt levels, however just checked their balance sheet and they have cash equivalent to c.9 months opex....so even if they earned zero revenues for 9 months they could still pay the bills. Feels massively over-sold to me

Incredible value at these levels - added a few more today but underwater already in those!

Completely agree with AdamB1978.

CLIN is such a highly cash generative company. They will be relatively resistant to the coronavirus too unlike other businesses and sectors.

The current decrease in share price is just the market rather than specifics about CLIN.

I too have spread my average. I won't be looking to withdraw my holding until 2030+ though

Bought again for my pension and ISA at 520p. May of course go down more, but an average in-price of around 600p I think is a bargain on a >2 year basis

I haven't held these before as they've always been too richly priced for my skin-flint ways, however have long had them on the radar.

It seems like Mr Market is now pricing CLIN as if earnings are going to decline, or its going to need a drastic refinancing or similar.

Whilst I'm generally bear-ish about the macro situation and not aggressively looking to add many things to my (largely cash) portfolio, I will add CLIN tomorrow. Its earnings are going to be far more resillient in a downturn and a PE of <10x means that scope for a de-rating from a generally more negative market wide sentiment is alrgely protected against.

This is getting way too cheap now with a forecast PE of 9.6, adding. Clinical trials or drug sales will not stop due to the coronavirus.

imo, there is nothing bad about todays RNS except that net debt has gone up from 192.4m to £322.3m and this can be seen from the operating cash flow which dropped significantly. The share price will move higher once the results are properly digested. Peel Hunt are positive with price target over £11.

High debt that will increase over 2020 and the promise of drug development/sales on the other side of the scales.

Liberum very negative. Peel Hunt positive.

Not sure, but if the EPS forecasts for YE Jun 20 & 21 are correct, it will look cheap....

Cash flow might be fine now - but assuming you don’t want to sell for current market and you are in it longer term. forecast is important - worth less than it was years ago despite 4-5 pricy acquisitions (several questionable) and next year projection is feeble despite equity write offs this year.
