A tad below the placing price this morning so couldn't resist a few at 841p.

Seems pretty good value.

Well they've raised the 80M @ share price of £8.45P and the CEO has bought 56K and a director over 32K.
That means anyone buying in early enough in the morning will be getting them cheaper than the placees.
Seems good to me.

Seems to me they are in a hurry posibly conernered about the markets,
"if it twer done better it done quickly".

Approx 10 - 11% of current market cap.

18BT - can’t agree as these book builds are a superb top up opportunity (I added another 3000 shares at 847p earlier). There is normally a strong rebound in price when the book closes as the money raised means we can lock down the acquisitions both of which are accretive.

FFS, doubles profits, shares were rising / bouncing back
now placing , new deal and 10% fall in price....sucks....shareholder value ?!?
why cant they do the placing at 900p if business so solid ?
as usual City got the co by the short and curlies
well done lucky ones who can get placing shares.... doesnt include me
