Still falling ! Any views on what is happening here.....we know it could fall to below £10 as it as done a few times in the past but it continues to slide on the back of a decent business update .

There is normally a minor sell off on results days with CLIN. Would expect to see these moving back up before too long.

Moving the right direction now.....might get traded a bit as it hits £to £11 but this is a long term hold as it heads towards £12+.

Came in late on this one at £8 but believe it to be a strong growing international company by acquisition and organic growth in healthcare in many niche products.
Market seemed a little disappointed but nothing to worry about I like the strategy
in today's statement.

"Our strategic priorities remain unchanged. We have and will continue to drive organic growth and search for selective acquisitions to complement our existing offering and capabilities."

"We are well positioned to deliver another good year of progress."

Insignificant. He might have moved to a competitor and his new contract stated that he had to sell to avoid conflict of interests....

Agree that they will have significant growth......trading update Wed 17th Jan....I think it might hit £11+ then! IMO

In today's Shares magazine they talk to Richard Power, manager of the FP Octopus UK Micro Cap Growth fund, they quote him as saying 'pharmaceutical provider/services firm Clinigen could double in size again in the next two to three years.

Didn't realise we were a micro cap!

'At the meeting, Peter Allen, Clinigen's Chairman reiterated that the Group is well positioned to deliver another good year of progress, as set out at the recent full year results.'

dont see any problem? why shouldnt he sell some shares? Pales into insignificance against the Leaver family who founded Clin and have been unloading huge amounts of stock in the market, preventing the share price from moving forward. They should have done a placing in kmy view and got it done and out of the way instead of drip drip drip

hi R .Ball- my average purchase price is 77.3p- is this then the purchase price i should enter- my broker asked when the takeover took place- on the 2d of november and i realise they have given me the share price on the day as the book price which must be wrong as that entry would give me a 9pc loss asof today!!!- any enlightenment would be appreciated
