I've said ages ago they just need to sell off all the property portfolio and make CLP a nice clean shell. That would make them more attractive to investors.

Looking good. The big thing for me is seeing a BOD which are actually doing actions louder, than words. This goes a long way in this market.
I can see this hitting 2p by Friday.
Just need some positive news on Friday and next week could be very exciting!

Long over due. The RNS's tell exactly what is going on here. No brainer, surely.
Roll on Friday then we are really off.
Well done to everyone who held the last couple of months.
Glad I went and met the BOD, convinced me to hold for the end game. Have bagged already and on a free carry, not even contemplating selling any until the court result.

Sadly LSE has been infected by the day trading rampers who will hang around for 2-3 days then sell out never to be heard of again - as per usual ...
The risk is a massive spike followed by a massive profit taking sell off as per usual - I guess short term traders may make a mint though while LTHs can take the opportunity to add/reduce at target prices GLA could be manic on Friday

longshanks...is a fact that ondaland/sipiem owes 6.5 mill euros to clp....to get it is another story but,surely,there will be an agreement as paying in instalments or a startegic deal....imo

I don't think anyone is forgetting or ignoring anything. They need to sell an asset for the market to start taking the business and the valuation it places on its assets seriously. All we have heard so far is wind and chutzpah. The mystery to me is why the Swiss investor has been so patient.

I think there will be some buying, as CLP coming on to peoples radars now.
Some might be waiting for court outcome. Though by that time the bargain share price will of been evaporated!

Normally I find in business that winding up orders are only rubber stamped as a last resort. If a company has any chance of surviving & we seem to had some turnaround news. I can't see this being wound up?
