Findley,

Don't be sucked in with Temmu...anyway, I for one enjoy his comedy show. As for market cap, if FG does achieve what he's promising for the shareholders then you could be looking at a shell company valuation of over Euro 60 million.

Hahahahaha. Temmujin pillow multialias is deluding himself again. It's not about the price per share, but the market cap of a Company which matters. This will never see 100 again you fool. And unlikely 10 even. I see your ramping hasn't paid off and the shareprice has dropped. Oops

OK. What I meant if the court rules in our favour then surely +5p is on the cards?
Though, anyone buying in now will be rewarded IMHO!

You won't see and I can't justify 5p until the Court Case Jurisdiction, I'm saying should be 3p now.

I do like the look of CLP. Yes the court case is a hurdle. Though one, I am confident that CLP will get awarded in their favour.
You have to wonder is anyone entering in at these levels going to lose any money at this point! Risk v reward is very favouring reward.

I've been here for years and 3p is now nailed on, 10p likely in time and 20p more than possible.

It's not their only investment - but agree still higher risk

Very few serious investors here Eezy. For me it is a punt stock and a bit of fun at the dodgier end of AIM. Your question is very pertinent. What is a field of corn with questionable development rights really worth?

Why is nobody asking what Mediapolis is actually worth (taking book value unlikely to be correct IMO), and why debts secured against it's assets are being settled at huge discounts?

Nevertheless if the decision on Mediapolis on the the 29th is in our favour it's unlikely the share price will go down, that's why it's worth a punt. It's not rocket science.

Have to see the details of the secured loan before being sure this is overall good news. Also how much debt is outstanding on Mediapolis and have they done enough to avoid a winding up order. All in all they will still need to monetise assets to really make the balance sheet add up. Until then the jurys out on what the true NAV actually is.

AF did quick calc earlier and worked out if loan was converted at .89p there would be around 590 million shares and NAV of 1.7p after latest news and taking off the £2.4 million conv loan. So still upside worse case excluding future developments

Hard to believe how many got shaken out today on even more good news, by my reckoning after the last 2 debt buybacks we should be @3p level before the Court Case outcome.

debt settlement is a good step in the right direction but all have been consistent I think on here, it is a risked play on the court hearing....fingers Xd! and DYOR and GLA etc

Findley,

The market is waiting on the court case to be resolved and hopefully if in favour of CLP (and there's no reason not to), then we shall start to see a re-rate. Thank you for your concerns about the balance sheet and I won't be rude to you but don't tempt me!
