No prob, I'm going to the AGM next week as well. Haven't been to one since Just Group Plc about 1999 to thank the directors for making me wealthy albeit temporarily! Would be nice to get some answers to some of the questions and to get some clarity about what potential the business has.

Longshanks, that threw me as well. It is shown on their website at clearleisure.com under investor relations. Choose Annual Reports option and it's third section down under circulars! Transparent, I think not!

the reason this company wants to be able to issue more shares is because they like to destroy the share price once its ten bagged and start the cycle again...wouldnt surprise me if they take out shorts too via a proxy..time they respected their investors instead of trying to screw them every time..

The thing I find most bizarre is that there is apparently an AGM scheduled to take place in the near future but no notice of that AGM has actually been posted.Have I missed something?

You are most probably correct and they will not engage. If that is the case then after the AGM they will likely continue as before. Like I said on the other board about a fight I had at school many years ago, you just have to land one and then you will not be treated like that again. I think I can land four and it will hurt them more than it will hurt me and they will learn a valuable lesson (bullies never win in the end)

I don't see any differences in quality between the banter on this BB and that on lse.Best of luck on your mission RKB: I do wish you success but I think the sad truth is that once you get to open the box of truth - the contents will be shockingly disappointing.I wouldn't raise too many hopes that the BoD will come visit at your hotel: they are too arrogantly indifferent to the interests of PI's (and their general corporate responsibilities) to consider such a request.
