To be fair KNIGEL this thread has long had a Laurel and Hardy air to it and I find the mindless banter between Mr Jones and Marlon rather entertaining whilst waiting for the ongoing pantomime of CLP to act out another ludicrous scene.As a sub-Penny share, CLP will always attract both mindless optimism and exaggerated rebuke. Given we have had our price spike. The MMs have, mosquito-like, fed on the rich vein of hope and stupidity and now, gorged and plump with profit, have settled down on their sun loungers in St Tropez or - more likely - Benidorm, we will likely have another long-forced winter of depressed prices.Italians don't work in August: not even the ones serving pizza and vino in the various ma and pa trattorias. They bus-load in Romanians to work for tourists whilst they swarm on Greek beaches. Judges are even worse and will have an extended tour of relaxation through September - paid by the state to oversee operations on their small holding vineyards. The Courts won't be in a position to pass an "opinion" on the winding up order before October. Cynic moi? No - I just know the smell of corruption- and it ain't sweet.

Grow up the pair of you - and focus on YOUR own investments rather than "worry" about were people you have never met are investing!
As for CLP - always been a longer term investment - not usually an quick buck - the share price doubled and since the spike there has been profit taking and we are back to square one - it happens quite a lot you know.
If the court had made an Judgment the reaction may have been different.. but news will come - probably in September..

yep, for obvious reasons... should have sold my final 500,000 much sooner. but at least the rest went for a decent profit.

look on the bright side though, you're only 11.4% down here on the day.
