31/7/2017 10:34 | It is your prerogative as to whether you post on here or not RKB.The idea though that you can have a better relationship with the BoD if you don't post is rather flawed. The BoD are restricted from sharing any sensitive information with shareholders. If they did share sensitive information with you then you would have to agree to be an "insider" and not trade on that information until such time as it was publicly released.Given the BoDs performance to date, I think they are unreliable bed fellows for such a commitment. If you think by not posting on here you can have a more candid discussion with the BoD about stuff that isn't confidential because they might "trust" you more, then that too is flawed thinking. If they are sensitive to open discussion of their performance then there is a reason, and it should be sounding off klaxon like alarm bells for you. Perhaps they have fooled you with charm and deferential promises; perhaps they are after all just small time fraudsters desperately trying to maintain a lie: the cupboards are bare, the assets are worthless and the company wound up. Buying your silence, means you are possibly colluding with such activity.Whatever your motives RKB, it has been fun having your opinion aired on here and I will miss your quintessential style and optimism. I wish you the best of luck with your investments too and that you get some satisfaction from your silence. | longshanks

30/7/2017 11:58 | Thank you RKB - I have been too unwell so did not make London and sorry only noticed your email after the event! My only question that I am sure was asked at the AGM is "will the 29.9% threshold be reached and if so - will an offer be made to shareholders?" Kind regards - Nigel | knigel
29/7/2017 14:19 | RKB...does that mean the share price is about to rocket then IF YOU ARE SIGNING OFF?.. | temmujin
29/7/2017 14:15 | For the record as some have already pointed out. AGM, they read out the resolutions and you vote on them. After meeting formerly closed then you can have conversations with all present. If BOD had wanted to they could have abided by protocol. As we had a united front we were able to ask relevant questions as per resolutions and then vote. What you do not know is how many on their side had a hand to put up. If we had say a dozen hands then it may have gone to counting votes. It was in all shareholders interest to work with the BOD. I believe we have begun a new phase with our relationship with the BOD. I would rather be inside the tent than outside. Rest assured I will continue to take any company that I have an investment in to task (if that is what you call it) It was not an easy day for all concerned but I am confident that we are on the correct path. I will be contacting by phone any poster (if I have their number) if they gave or promised me their proxy. This is to ensure they get as much information form the AGM as possible. It is not possible to put in a post exactly what was said or how things progressed but we believe we made a difference. As I said I am signing of from this bulletin board and the other one as well as I believe as stated above I can have a proper relationship with the BOD if I do not post. It has been a pleasure, I apologise if my cryptic posts upset or confused anyone but as you all know the bb is unregulated and is not properly policed. Good luck all with your investment decisions. 28/7/2017 17:08 | AGM today There were I think five pi’s present and a lot from their side. I believe the RNS that was issued says it all. There were robust conversations from both sides and any misunderstandings (if you can call it that) have now been cleared up. As you know all resolutions were passed unanimously. We had an active discussion about the accounts and then voted on it. Auditor’s resolution was passed after discussing Mediapolis accounts and as we were satisfied by what CEO said so this resolution passed also. The re-election of RE was passed without any comment. Then we had a discussion about the Nominal Capital to issue up to £500,000 and why we need that and we all agreed with that. The special resolution was debated at length. We pi’s said it was not fair that we were possibly being disallowed our rights to subscribe for future placing shares. There were robust conversations and it was discussed that pi’s like Max if they wanted to participate in future placing then they need to contact Lucy Williams at Peterhouse Corporate Finance, so as to be put on a list. This special resolution was then passed again unanimously. Then the meeting was officially closed and all present could talk to each other informally. We managed to discus at length our Web Site and this was already noted by PR to update and improve it and as you know CEO said so in the RNS that was issued this afternoon. I asked a few questions about the accounts that CEO answered fully and openly to my full satisfaction. I personally feel that now the BOD have an understanding of pi’s concerns (if there were concerns) and that they, F G & R E along with the three employees will do what they said they will do and going forward I believe that at some point in the future our assets will be realised to all shareholders mutual benefit. I am pleased that I will now be able to have a professional relationship with BOD and PR and I look forward to building on this positive relationship. RKB | rkbeekeeper

28/7/2017 16:13 | made below post on Lse: Attended AGM and good to meet up with Raymond and a few other shareholders. All went well and believe BOD will act in interest of all shareholders whether big/small. Any placements private shareholders can register their interest and if and when funds needed all will be treated fairly. Franceso came across very honest and genuine and so did the rest of the team whether nomad, advisors, non exec... | joeblogg2

28/7/2017 14:54 | Once again the old adage applies, 'it's better to travel than arrive'. Took a tidy 10% profit out of the rise to 1p on a purchase at 0.9p done yesterday. Wish I could do that more often! | mylands

28/7/2017 12:28 | RKB seems to think he can ask questions before deciding how to vote. From my experience that isn't how AGMs work. Normal practice is for ordinary business including the vote to happen before the Q&A session. | longshanks
28/7/2017 12:04 | The AGM was timed to start at noon today. | mylands
