09/6/2022 17:00 | Confirmation of dividend resumption in the September interim results will be the real catalyst, on top of the refurbs completing and pubs reopening generating additional income. | oapknob1
09/6/2022 14:22 | Hmmm, the new opening in Bury sounded wrong as all CPC places are in the southern half of the UK. Turns out it's Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. | w13ken
09/6/2022 12:04 | Citywire today: "City Pub Group is at a ‘material discount’, says Peel Hunt City Pub Group (CPC) is seeing an improvement in trading and ongoing expansion could be an accelerator for the shares, says Peel Hunt. Analyst Douglas Jack retained his ‘buy’ recommendation and target price of 145p on the stock, which closed up 3.2% at 96.5p on Wednesday. The company reported an improvement in like-for-like sales from -2% in March and April to 5% in May, ahead of expectations. Sales were up 20% during the one-off Platinum Jubilee weekend. ‘The shares are at a material discount to the 145p share net asset value (NAV),’ said Jack. ‘In our view, the key to growing the NAV and the share price is faster expansion. City Pub Group has four large openings in 2022, of which Damson & Wilde in Bury could be one to provide the catalyst for the company to hit the accelerator.’" | w13ken
28/5/2022 09:02 | More good photos and publicity for The Tivoli in another Cambridge newspaper. Hopefully people will behave themselves and this will be a great money-spinner. It's certainly a different direction to their other pubs. | w13ken

28/4/2022 16:07 | if they manage to add the 25m fcst to take turnover to c60m - should see a big drop through to the bottom line and share price. | novision
28/4/2022 15:55 | Been a good rise since it was "dropped" to 76 level. Results bode well for September update when hopefully revenue will be a better reflection on trading post pandemic. With a resumption of dividend payments what's not to like. MM's will need to keep raising the share price to true value. Estate valued £1.45 per share alone. Tucked these away for dividend. Happy days. Thought it would be at least end Q3 for a three digit share price but if the Div Hunters keep buying could be end of Q2 !!! DYOR. Glad the name gives you a giggle. Saves the trolls a job thinking up expletives. | oapknob1
28/4/2022 14:50 | Am fully expecting £1 in short order and why not? This has been as high as £1.40 in the last year, but arguable the trading backdrop now in the UK is so much better no? DYOR | qs99
28/4/2022 13:34 | Bought in this morning, looks mis priced but in these markets who knows, not expecting 100p + until Q4, anything before a bonus, more interested in the dividend returning. Also in (DIS) since 1.34p as a recovery to ride the sector.dyor as usual on all stocks. | ny boy
28/4/2022 13:08 | Couldn't resist, just looks v. odd value i.e. too low below £1.10-20 IMO....DYOR | qs99
