08/8/2023 15:17 | Seen it a thousand times, always the same. Shorters are an investor's gift from God. They are the 21st Century equivalent of canaries down the coal mine. Ignore them at your peril. (Stupid people do not understand this.) | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
08/8/2023 15:04 | I would hope that the longs can now see, with the benefit of hindsight, that the most honest posters here were actually the shorts who set out the sell case plainly and transparently. As I've said/written many times: the shorters are the good guys! | jaknife
08/8/2023 14:39 | Quite so, being wrong is not a crime but you have to question the avatars serious lack of judgement in light of the overwhelming evidence opposing his view. It was always a very open and shut case. | monte1
08/8/2023 14:25 | No, I think he beleived it but it was very dangerous to suggest there was value here for longs when their was so much evidence to the contrary. | loglorry1
08/8/2023 13:55 | I think Pwhite is just an bitter old and now skint "investor" | cambridge130
08/8/2023 09:17 | PWhite exposed as a fraud and a liar. | millennialinvestor
07/8/2023 22:07 | He’s too busy telling the judge how wrong he’s got it to admit anything on here. | dil 21
02/8/2023 13:44 | It's always entertaining to watch someone who is incapable of just admitting they are wrong. PWhite you called it totally wrong and argued tooth and nail against unassailable fact based evidence. Nothing particularly bad about that but at least admit it. Or don't actually it doesn't really matter either way. Did you back yourself and go long? I do remember you refused to take my bet. Just as well as it turned out! I think you said Jaknife would be "eating sugar lumps out of your hand" by now. Such arogance! | loglorry1
01/8/2023 22:53 | No. Cambridge is one of two premier seats of learning in the UK and many of its citizens have IQs in the 130 region and above. I didn't want to confuse you with any of them. | pwhite73
01/8/2023 22:22 | "n September 2022 the company filed for C11 and warned that shareholders are likely to end up with nothing. Yourself, JakNife, monte1, LTHTRUST, Henchard, millenialinvestor, WilliamCooper104, Terminator101, Cambridge103, hpcg, bbms, dsrush, thormstar and a host of others all stuck to the company line throughout." it's Cambridge130 not Cambridge103 - you got that wrong as well lol | cambridge130
01/8/2023 16:10 | Blue finish, lol | thomstar
01/8/2023 11:55 | thanks for that JN good luck on your next quest | livup967
01/8/2023 10:27 | it's nice to see that ADVFN have not shut us down from talking and shearing information like LSE, with the case still ongoing on KROLL, with the 5th amended plan publish yesterday. | livup967
31/7/2023 22:34 | But you were right nevertheless. And that's the important thing I think we can all agree. | kemche
31/7/2023 22:29 | loglorry1 - "PWhite that's a funny way of saying you have been totally wrong and Jaknife has been 100% correct." What are you a five year old?. In September 2022 the company filed for C11 and warned that shareholders are likely to end up with nothing. Yourself, JakNife, monte1, LTHTRUST, Henchard, millenialinvestor, WilliamCooper104, Terminator101, Cambridge103, hpcg, bbms, dsrush, thormstar and a host of others all stuck to the company line throughout. I and maybe one or two others gave alternative reasons as to why the administration process may not be so straightforward. This was further evidenced by the fact that the shares were still trading. Ten months later everybody who stuck to the company line has been proven right. As far as I can remember neither myself nor anybody else suggested the Cineworld directors didn't have a clue what they were talking about and their company was never going into administration. As I posted earlier everybody can learn from this experience and move on. No more from me on this thread. | pwhite73
31/7/2023 21:19 | Thar she blows! And PWhite ends tied up in the rope of his harpoon and dragged to the depths of the ocean. | henchard
31/7/2023 18:52 | Congratualtions to all the shorters and traders who made money on Cineworld's shares. The final outcome has been obvious to most serious investors for over 2 years now. | lthtrust
31/7/2023 18:02 | Indeed, perhaps, even now, jaknife erroneously believes that the protracted time taken was all to do with thrashing out an acceptable deal and way forward with future funding proposals between the secured creditors and nothing at all to do with some deluded shareholders believing that their imaginary rights were being considered. | monte1
31/7/2023 17:49 | PWhite that's a funny way of saying you have been totally wrong and Jaknife has been 100% correct. I'm sure that's what you meant though. | loglorry1
31/7/2023 17:41 | WTIW lad , what’s yer average on this ?? | melegramforttongo |
