Fat lady sings and no sugar lumps for JakNife.

PWhite will you at least concede that if CINE comes out of admin at end of July as per the RNS then the UK High Court has not stopped it and it really is game over even in your eyes?

As many of us have said the fate now lies in the hands of the UK High Court not the Texas Court.

r.e post 16688. A £15bn market cap would put Cineworld into the upper echelons of the FTSE100, just below Associated British Foods and just above Legal and General. It is the inability of some investors to carry out even the tiniest sanity check on their expectations for market capitalisations that leads to sometimes vast pricing anomalies and consequential shorting opportunities.

Oh and when markets boomed in 2020 then they'd have been able to raise equity and just maybe they'd have survived all their previous sins But Mooky was greedy

CINE the business - nope nothing inherently wrong CINE capital structure/balance sheet - that's an x-rated movie They took on too much debt to go empire building; they then took on more debt, literally asset stripping the business; then they tried to buy CNK and tried to walk away in breach of contract If they'd had less debt then like CNK they'd have survived covid CNK was fit and healthy going into Covid, CINEs balance sheet was overweight, and smoking 40 a day

You are implying there is inherently something very wrong with Cine … there isn’t !
Casualty of Covid it could not be helped .The government forced them to close and the movie makers could not get up close and personal!!
