16/7/2023 00:22 | Upfront fees would prove to be a further monetary loss on top of shares gpimg to zero as you say loglorry1. Not a good look pwhite | cambridge130
15/7/2023 20:42 | That would be most unfortunate to lose all their money in CINE to then get a lawyers bill. Get that lube ready and bend over shareholders | cambridge130
15/7/2023 19:00 | These cases are done on a no win no fee basis. No lawyer is going to ask the shareholders for money on top of their existing losses were the company to go into administration with no possibility of returns for shareholders. | pwhite73
15/7/2023 18:48 | I would urge shareholders not to pay a penny for legal action here as it's good money after bad. I'd be amazed if any law firm will act for you on a no win no fee basis but if they do then go for it. I suspect however at some point you'll be asked for money. The law firm will argue that the case is worth funding and pursuing because that's their job but rest assured it is hopeless. | loglorry1

13/7/2023 14:47 | I wonder how many big movie stars have shares in Cineworld? Some would have inside knowledge so to speaks planning new blockbusters including the amount of advertising money they plan to spend ! The movie studios need the likes of Cineworld! | werethereisawill
13/7/2023 13:02 | By way of a quick update, the Cineworld Shareholder Group have started meeting with quality UK law firms regarding representation of our case on a no-win, no-fee basis. Whilst obviously not being able to go into detail at this early stage, a meeting held this morning was positive. We'll be meeting with a few more firms before the weekend, and aim to select one by Monday latest. As specified by the firm we met with this morning, it would be very helpful if you could please e-mail your name and number of shares held to the following address: info at cineworld-shareholde The more names and share holdings we can evidence, the stronger our case. Please note that if you previously sent these details to group member Ionut Grama as part of the US proceedings, you won't need to send them again (as we're keeping an updated list on file). Thanks again, and i'll report back after the weekend with an update. | edward michael jones
13/7/2023 12:50 | Typical micro cap movement On a tiny market cap it takes v little to move the share price around A few punters on telegram can easily do it; as can one or two short positions being closed out Doesn't signify anything | williamcooper104

11/7/2023 18:26 | Were, just thought I'd post as feeling a bit sorry for you seeing as you've been the only poster for the last 3 days! Not like the old times eh? Totally irrelevant for CINE's current shareholders, but I'm sure the creditors who now own the company will be delighted to hear that Mission Impossible is terrific and will take 250 millions in the first five days. | henchard |
