I'd imagine after hours (or first thing Monday) an RNS from CINE confirming the High Court in London has granted the administration order.

100% loss for holders. I guess a mix of deluded long terms, those that dipped in a toe on the way down, and ill-timed traders.

One tip for Oppenheimer
Remember black and white scenes are from Strauss point of view while the colour scenes are from Oppenheimer’s point of view !

loglorry 1 - Yes if the High Court grants the administration order then its all over for CINE shareholders. However I do believe they are having a tough time preparing the administration application that's why its taken until the very last day of July. They've even had to thrown in the extra £250 million credit facility to try and persuade the court.

I used to have it; it was my hangover sleep cure when I had the misfortune of working in Canary Wharf as a graduate trainee for a while; would skip into work show the face bright and early and then crash in Cineworld It's great, saw loads of movies that I wouldn't have bothered with if I had to pay per movie

William - a bit academic ATM, but I took out a one night travel insurance policy with compare the market for £1.10p.

That gives me 2 for 1 cinema tickets on Tuesdays & Wednesdays for a year.

"Will see Openheimer soon" I was dissapointed in Op. It was a bit too complex and long winded. Intersting but not entertaining. Stick with Barbie. I mean Margo is always good value - better in Wolf of Wall St.

BTW I'm reliably informed at least one short closed CINE out at 0.05p today - practically zero. On that basis the bulls have to admit they got it horribly wrong.

I did watch it - remarkably enjoyable 90 minute advert for Martel - still at least there was no other product placement - remarkably it's relaunched what was a basically dead Barbie Will see Openheimer soon Look forward to seeing many more movies in the cinema - the best will thrive

Will the new Cineworld company be available to buy shares in or will it just be in the hands of the new owners to start with?

The Cineworld cinema chain has secured a new revolving credit facility of $250 million as part of its restructuring process. The restructuring will "transform the group's balance sheet and provide it with significant additional liquidity to fund its long-term strategy," Cineworld said. It will involve the release of approximately $4.53 billion of the group's funded indebtedness, the execution of a rights offering to raise gross proceeds of $800 million and the provision of $1.71 billion in new debt financing, which "includes a new revolving credit facility of $250 million that has been secured since the company's previous announcements," the group revealed in a statement on Friday. The restructuring does not provide for any recovery for holders of Cineworld's existing equity interests, the group said.

It won’t be re-opening for trading of its shares after suspension. It is done in its present form. What is wrong with you?
