25/3/2021 11:13 | If it doubles in a year then what you are saying is that the company is going to be worth about a $1bn more than it was pre covid Not saying that it can't pop on frothy markets - but do you really believe Cine should be worth more than pre covid?? Given that it was already seeing its share price hit pre covid for having too much debt and under investing | williamcooper104
25/3/2021 11:08 | When you look at an investment whether short or long you must admit when you see your target is met or close to. I am long and see the situation can improve from here as at the moment cinemas closed which is negative so when open positive, if cinemas closed again negative we have funding in place to get us through it positive. Just my view others most welcome as I am still learning even after decades in the industry. dyor a must. active | srpactive
25/3/2021 11:07 | To state the obvious, all depends on whether people flock back to the big screen on reopening. Mooky has cast doubt on the companies ability 'to continue as a going concern in the future' IF further closures are enforced. Still potential here to double in a year IF everything goes right but high risk. I have a small holding. Always do your own thinking. | creddy
25/3/2021 10:24 | AMC was full of shorters... Ended badly for them ;DPS I know the story so no need to discuss. Just a boring day comment. | babbler
25/3/2021 09:51 | Yes and in time we could return to full occupancy and could even see the major shareholders increasing, we shall see come opening night in May. dyor a must especially with a board full of shorters. active | srpactive

25/3/2021 09:47 | Stop losers hit strong support now. Should move up later GLA | helenm13
25/3/2021 09:44 | the only reason they raised what they did is that they werent able to raise more hence shareholder approval needed to raise ceiling . This debt has to be repaid with 50% occupancy and bar the last two tranches , the rest of the debt was accrued wheilst cinemas were able to have full occupancy . Equity is worth zero | ellemaitch
25/3/2021 09:22 | Fourth red day and the news out regarding the results as everyone expected. dyor a must. active | srpactive
25/3/2021 09:17 | Strong support at 60p, I can't see 50p | 7rademark

25/3/2021 09:07 | 1. We will know more after the cinemas fully open. 2. I do not feel they drove it up at all. dyor | srpactive
25/3/2021 08:56 | there are 2 question here. 1. After these results what do we think of CINE's prospects? 2. Will the masses of amateur punters drive this back up again after the fall? | careful
25/3/2021 08:46 | Babbler - you don't understand how the convertible bond works for distressed companies. The lenders take no risk, even less than with senior secured. They lend and sell short. The latter would normally be risky but the convertible completely covers the situation should the share price surprise to the upside. 7.5% risk free, or at least the only risk is that the company doesn't survive long enough to pay many coupons. I have closed my short for now. I think there might be buyers at these sort of prices as cinemas in the UK and US open and the penny won't drop until the ongoing revenue becomes apparent. AMC will likely bounce today too, the usual reaction to a big down day. | hpcg
25/3/2021 08:32 | £1.28 funding equivalent... Hmm. | babbler
25/3/2021 08:31 | Agreed, nothing like bad news priced in on a recovery. Onwards and upwards. | activeservo
25/3/2021 08:23 | Bargain price now it will recover to yesterday's level very soon | bag158s |
