just had an email from CHL regards the AGM in Oz on December 23rd.

Although I appreciate they are keeping the costs down I do think the AGM should be in the UK. I would have liked to have attended.

FrakI may be wrong on this, but don't the ICSID have to sign off any agreement to stop proceedings in their 'courts', which may mean ensuring a fair settlement is reached.?

I'd like to know why the parties signed confidentiality agreements so late on in the proceedings? .. and for how long does it last? It can't be to do with a potential OOCS because surely this would be outside anything to do with the ICSID proceedings.

debbiegeeYou are correct, but people are responding to a post that said the recent fall in the share price had all the hallmarks of a placing being sought and the two directors were trying to drum up support. Most are saying we have twelve months working capital so we don't need to rush one through.Hopefully we will have the information concerning Churchills recent submissions to the ICSID to talk about over the next week or two.Good luck to all holders.

I am going on Tuesday. Perhaps a good question to ask would be why are they giving a talk at this time.

I cant see what all the negativity is about when we think of what our chances of winning the forgery round are and the consequences.

(Unless they are concluded and waiting for solicitors to tie up all the loose ends!). ;0)

With Mr Quinlivan and Mr Smith here giving talks, I can't see there being any OOC settlements being discussed at the moment.

They have recently raised capital at 18p. So they are not short of cash for at least a year. Hopefully by then this part of hearing will be concluded to CHL satisfaction.Fraud allegations will be thrown out. That will be as good as winning. That is the time When Government will start settlement negotiation with CHL.

I would not be happy if they did a placing at this time, especially if they have 12 months working capital behind them. If they are to have one, then let it be an open offer for ALL shareholders, not just the privileged few who get a knock down price and warrants to boot.

10p? Many months? Is that the near future?

Looks like the shareprice is in freefall.Could easily see 10p levels before year end.Next possible news is many months away

Interesting drop today on more volume than of late. Buys v sales look pretty even, certainly not justifying the 8% drop. News tomorrow? Wishful thinking!WG

ross-i apologise (not been reading all the posts there recently)

wouldn't get too worked up about what anyone says re CHL,it's going to take time unless there is a ocs and that could actually happen if we win this interim hearing...
