I spoke to someone "in the know" recently and he does not expect an early resolution.

He said more than a year, probably two!

OK maybe only his opinion,but he is a relevant person, so interesting to hear his view.

Pursuant to the Parties’ agreement, the second post-hearing brief shall be filed on
9 November 2015. It shall append no new documents, except for legal authorities
strictly in rebuttal of those filed with the other Party’s first post-hearing brief or except
with prior leave of the Tribunal.

I suppose we should ask if we were involved in the same.

I am assuming by the directors actions not so.

Not sure how that ties in with the directors still collecting shares at every opportunity.And putting money up to do so.

Which would lead me to believe they(and thus other shareholders) still have a good chance of success here.

Jakarta. Prosecutors from Indonesia's antigraft agency are seeking a prison term of five years and three months against a legislator who became its first arrestee in Bali earlier this year, for allegedly accepting bribes.

Adriansyah, 60, a member of House of Representatives Commission IV, which oversees forestry, fisheries and agricultural affairs, was arrested by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) at a hotel in Sanur in April when his Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), which is also President Joko Widodo's political vehicle, held its week-long national leadership congress there.

Lie Putra Setiawan, one of the KPK prosecutors, on Monday said that they believed Adriansyah had accepted Rp 1 billion ($73,000), $50,000 and S$50,000 in kickbacks from businessman Andrew Hidayat, a director at coal mining company Mitra Maju Sukses, to help issue a permit for a concession area in South Kalimantan's Tanah Laut district, which the politician led from 2003 to 2013.

Less than an hour before moving in on Adriansyah in April, KPK officers arrested Andrew at a hotel in Senayan, South Jakarta. The mining company CEO has already been sentenced to two years in jail and a total fine of Rp 200 million for bribing state officials.

Surely that kind of news would have to be reported straight away and it would be a coincidence if it came at the same time as the results.
-£140k in the price so only the difference pos or neg should have any material impact.
Then again you cant say how fickle markets can be.

Have a look at GKO chart and RNSs I posted news and what he was up to when they were 72p to buy 2 or 3 weeks ago and they hit 95 bid last week.
I was unable to buy as I got more here while they were cheap and was not fully researched there.

Hari Kiran Vadlamani yesterday purchased 100,000 Greenko (GKO) Shares and today purchased 600,000 Greenko Shares, at a price of 90p pence per share. Following this acquisition, Hari Kiran Vadlamani owns 700,000 Greenko Shares representing 0.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Agreed rossannan.. considering the ROI had to work hard in the first placee to have the hearing and the tribunal only agreed to it because of CHL's poor response at the time (with their previous lawyers). I seem to remember reading that the tribunal thought it may have the effect of speeding up the proceedings if they agreed... let's hope so!

You would think that both parties would have to see each other's submissions in order to get the context of the others arguments and then be in a position to rebut them. However it is not clear if this is the case.Both parties will also have seen the 'trial' evidence transcript, so maybe they have the gist of each other's arguments.I suppose whoever loses this battle will have a right of appeal in any case.I also notice another slippage in the timetable as the submissions should have been in by the 12th October but were submitted on the 20th!

DebbiegeeA good question and having looked at Procedural Order No. 20, the only reference I can find is this.........."Pursuant to the Parties' agreement, the second post-hearing brief shall be filed on 9 November 2015. It shall append no new documents, except for legal authorities strictly in rebuttal of those filed with the other Party's first post-hearing brief or except with prior leave of the Tribunal."So maybe they don't see all the evidence, but any legal authorities referred to could be challenged.

I havnt been following news but seems things going on as Widoko finds more scullduggery and is off to US to sort it.
This is only 1 article but lots in the press to get up to speed with.
Reading only 1 article can often be dangerous and I usually read as many as poss to get full picture the mean and likely effect,
