There is an excellent chance of material progress in the next 7 days.

The reason I know this is simple - I am off on holiday, which, according to sod's law, as demonstrated in a number of my other holdings, means developments may well be imminent !

I was thinking the same.
Buying was mainly between 10 and 2 yesterday apart from of course the 110k on the open.
MMS actually dipped yesterday on the open so it just shows you never know whats going on !

The buying over the last few days doesn't look like PI's. Too many regular 5K, 10K, 20K blocks of stock being taken up. Not complaining anyway - its nice to see blue everyday :-)

The all important thing now is our lawyers and their responses.
Truth should always win but last time we took that for granted and our lawyers just sat back and allowed them to walk all over us.
Hopefully CC will not allow them to do this again.

I agree ,we cannot be sure who will get payout 1st.
IF IF IF we win this round which some will be able to assess the chances by the court replies and ROI were to throw the towel in ???
Also IF we are to re-rate in app Jan there will also be a steady climb towards this as it wont be all overnight.

Many elsewhere assume oxus will reach pay out destination before chl, an out of court settlement is more likely here than at oxus, so maybe, just maybe, we get to the pay out window first. plus ooc pay is guaranteed. just a thought.

Interesting write up lots of errors and presenting cash flow to both companies in alarmist and simplistic terms. We could all have done a better job than Mr Hargreaves but it will be noticed.
