13/8/2018 08:51 | This could be even more serious than thought if the closure and damage caused is more serious than anticipated. Countermeasures is the key are for CHG and a long delay in reopening could be critical. Certainly today's statement doesn't fill you with great confidence and I would say the share price may have considerably further to fall yet over ominous months. Hopefully it won't be as bad as that and it can be cleared up quickly. | warranty
11/8/2018 09:32 | What effect will the accident this morning have on CHG. Dead workers always lead to thorough investigation of H&S conditions and could have a negative effect. Will be interesting to see what happens on Monday morning. | warranty

02/3/2017 10:42 | There was a seller at 196 providing consolidation support that was clearly weakening yesterday together with repeated buys at 196. As soon as this cleared it was game on. Nice move as a result | davr0s

18/1/2017 02:24 | Guernseymoney: I think you're on the money. He is a top FD, and CHG is ripe for a turnaround. Land and buildings have a carrying value of around £100m with a piddling revaluation reserve. I doubt share price will (like Avon) thirty five bag given high EV water mark historically was around £1.4b, so one might reasonably expect market value to double/triple over the next 3-5 years. No brainer. | staverly
15/12/2016 09:13 | New Finance guy Andrew Lewis is very well regarded and is supposedly the driving force behind Avon Rubber being a ten bagger (and more). Have just added - I see CHG either making acquisitions or being acquired. Both of which will drive the share price in my time horizon (5 years). | guernseymoney
09/11/2016 09:17 | Donald Trump = more defensive spending.Should help here. | che7win
03/11/2016 11:30 | Breakout here? | che7win
31/8/2016 08:28 | It seems along time since the company produce a "remain unchanged" statement. Hopefully the period of unpleasant surprise is over. | stevenlondon3 |
