That's a bit of an old article (re Mauritania) and Chiguetti was a bit disappointing in reality. However, it proves there is a HC system there and Tullow are keen to get back in there with lots of drilling THIS YEAR !!! And it is believed that the better prospects lie to the north :)

Interesting that this does not tie up with the clearing houe - which clears approx 175/200 - approx 88% of Chariots shares. So the other 12% - closely held in materialised (non-electronic) form - who has them and have they been lending them? Or are the hedgies late in declaring a chanbge in their position.

BTW - some person on iii - I think - seems to think that each day the FSA show the interest is an accumulation - it's not - it's a snapshot point in time - and it is very very low....! :-)

So someone is selling, and someone is buying - stating the obvious.

My guess its the Pro's picking up the shares from the PI's.....again...!

can not hold 28p bid in last 2/12 or so

then 32p and then it may go on

WG. I still do not see the link. I would expect senior guys to sometimes be camped out at a company where a big deal is to be had. I have done it myself. But that does not mean he is a puppet. To me it more likely signlals that he is motivated tow win a deal with the company concerned. He also has Adonis looking over his shoulder wanting to get the pric back up to £3+

The announcements in q1 2013 will get CHAR moving.
