King, for what it's worth I added about 2 weeks ago, and the trade didn't appear either. Then added again first thing Mon morning, but that trade did get listed. So it seems not all trades are getting listed at the moment, not sure why.

Trade still not listed but I see a late broker trade of 50k has appeared so my trade may be mixed up in there somewhere. Strange, never had it happen before.

Just had a nibble but strangely the trade didn't get listed. There's been a bit of activity last day or so should be due an announcement on the site completion soon.

Yes currently watching, don't think there's much urgency until the report date approaches unless any more major stake changes are announced.

Rohkap, the director sales were slightly unusual ones in that they seemed to be more to do with a change to the FURBS/retirement benefit arrangements/tax on pensions for Mssrs Leckie & Thompson, rather than to a straight decision to sell by these Directors?

Haven't posted here since the results, but to me they were pretty much what one might have expected. In respect of the divi, actually somewhat better than expected. Based on the current known info, agree with what you say re the future divi level. But even a cut to say 0.8p (my own expectation of what was going to happen at results back in June)would still give a yield of >7% at current price of 11.25p which is more than reasonable.

Debt is down to £15m, and assuming the property sales go through will be down to c£10m i'd guess. Seems a lot of bad news is in the price at this level, so have been topping up the ISA and will be happy to continue to do so on any further weakness unless there is good reason not to. Time will tell whether this is wise or not!

institutional investors adding to holdings as directors sell out. Larger than average trading volumes at the moment. The company may be able to pay out 1.1p divi again this year because of property proceeds but not so sure for the year after

Not too much action here atm. Sold a few yesterday just in case and I see the offer has dropped again.

there will be some offset, but not every prop disposal was a sale and leaseback ie some are outright disposals. I'm happy for them to cash in the properties to get the debt off the balance sheet

Yes pleased that divi has been maintained, although I think medium-term may see the company rebase level maybe to half of where it is now if trading conditions continue to be tough.
Reasonably pleased with results, although the perennial restructuring costs made a reappearance. Makes me question whether pre-exceptional EPS of 0.86p is accurate but hey-ho. Not sure if theres going to be a big cashflow impact next year as well. Incurred restructuring costs of £8mm and only £3mm has been paid out over the last 2 years.
Expect net debt to be in £6-8mm area next year which is far more manageable. Interst costs will come down as a result (barring an unexpected hike in rates).
Happy for them to continue chipping away at goodwill. I think most people completely discount it anyway

Hope you guys are right re the divi, this news certainly helps but still have some concerns re a reduction - I feel a lot will depend on trading over the last 6 mths & the immediate outlook. Still, not long to wait now to find out.

Far more confident divi will be maintained now. Would think that net debt should be around £8mm or so by the end of next year

I think divi will be held for the time being although its not a dead cert. Over the medium-term they may have to re-evaluate the situation, but there should have been a lot of +ve cash generated in the last half to the 06 year from prop. disposals which can be used to pay divi and pay down debt.

Correction there, they already had 8.2m previously, added 2.3m on the 24th which took them over 5% so they'd also picked up another 0.5 sometime after the previous announcement.

Tend to agree. Personally i think the final divi will be cut and that the divi for the year will be in the 0.8p region. Still, even at that level represents a yield of c7% at current price.

Key issue will be how much of the polymer price increases they have been able to pass on, and that's where i have the most concern. Car markets in general not that great which won't help either. On the plus side I think the operations in Russia, Poland and (from memory) shortly China have real potential.

Not sure where the share price will go from here, but can't help feeling that UBS most know something to have piled in with 11m shares in the last week.
