07/8/2024 10:36 | The official reason for why we are in this situation is that the company cannot repay the loan, so the LNHs are calling in their loan (with or without MAs approval). Why did the board agree to such lending terms? Stupidity or something more suspicious? Ma has 1.5 billion shares as a result of LN conversion (via Labro), in addition to his original holding which he bought at various times. Other LNHs have around 9.5 Billion shares. So he will still do well, despite the dilution. I doubt if we could sell our shares via asset match any time soon. Who would the buyers be? I held a few JKX sharea when they delisted, but failed to sell for over 2 years. Recently I was awarded 85% of my purchase cost and felt lucky at that. Private companies are not restricted by what they can do in the same way as listed companies; that's why they go private. | ed sturman

06/8/2024 21:10 | Shares currently cost about 0.2 pence per share. Isn't that about the same as what the CLN holders are "paying" with conversion of each $1 to 390 shares? If it a good deal for them... does that make it a good for us to buy on open market now? Or will the dilution reduce value of shares bought today? Can anyone help? | tractorhead
