They will approve
Share holders are LN holders who engineered this.

then it's good value to buy now and hopefully a deal by then which is why probably the creditors are happy to convert their debt.I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of buying up to the cancellation.I bought today and will buy more if it drops again

Our debt is now reduced to $20m but those notes don’t mature until Dec 2025. I can’t see any further dilution until at least then. All the new shares have been converted at 390 to the $1 which is at about 0.2p each, or 500 to the £1

Pablo is that the conversation for the whole diluted capital? If so these seem very good value with the possibility of funding .I understand discussions are continuing from the rns

Tractor, the dilution is all factored in already. The mm’s dropped the price to 0.2p as that is the price billions of new shares are being created.

Jon389 - exactly my thoughts, if we get the funding, which I think is more likely with the new streamlined company, the shares will be worth much more.

Not certain AssetMatch will amount to much but if not we’ll have to sit for Special Dividends or a takeover. A takeover is possible at £90m or multiples of that. Each £90m is worth 1p by my reckoning with 9 billion shares

The official reason for why we are in this situation is that the company cannot repay the loan, so the LNHs are calling in their loan (with or without MAs approval).

Why did the board agree to such lending terms? Stupidity or something more suspicious?

Ma has 1.5 billion shares as a result of LN conversion (via Labro), in addition to his original holding which he bought at various times.

Other LNHs have around 9.5 Billion shares.
So he will still do well, despite the dilution.

I doubt if we could sell our shares via asset match any time soon. Who would the buyers be?

I held a few JKX sharea when they delisted, but failed to sell for over 2 years. Recently I was awarded 85% of my purchase cost and felt lucky at that.

Private companies are not restricted by what they can do in the same way as listed companies; that's why they go private.

If the expected funding materialises, the shares will still be worth multiples of thrr red current price in my opinion
