This is disgraceful. Even with the impending dilution and private company this is just too cheap. Be greedy when others are fearful?

it is a resource of over 6,400,000 ounces!!

The chinese and upper management are going to make serious money out of this. Capitalistic greed taken to the extreme. This could rise multiples before suspension but its disgraceful.

Martin is converting debt CGH can't repay to him, but the RNS has left the door open for him to invest 1 million more (part of the 4.7 million required). So far, he has not committed to it, but he may do in the future.

The share price is well below the conversion price.

My main question is:

Has CGH told us the root cause of why we are in this situation?

I can't afford to commit new funds here.

Book5, remember Martin and Labro are about to convert several million pounds to shares. They have loan notes, deferred salary and Working Capital Facility all converting to shares. They aren’t going to buy any more on market.

Martin is now no longer a Director but as for the other directors, they have previously shown very little appetite so probably won’t be buying.

I will probably regret it, but I am not buying more unless I see directors buying; they know more than I do.

Recently, two directors from Soldgold bought shares, which is what has been missing here so far.

The remaining Notes(debt) mature now on 1/12/25 so not likely to dilute again soon. Rns 16th July see para 2 (a) i)
