15/8/2024 18:02 | Today RNS: three directors have sold shares | book5
15/8/2024 15:57 | That’s it folks ! So, a Private Company we will be, so presumably a little name change from Chaarat Gold plc as no longer plc. Hope all existing holders have registered with AssetMatch though I don’t see Chaarat listed yet. Maybe tomorrow or next week. Shares will then be scheduled for an auction in 2 or 3 months time | 2pablo
15/8/2024 15:47 | The CGH publication warns that it nay be extremely hard to sell shares after privatisation. If no funding is forthcoming before the remainer of the LNs are due (December 25) a further dilution is likely. Therefore i have sold the bulk of my shares. Good luck all. | ed sturman
15/8/2024 09:39 | delisting tomorrow...may see sell off today | citys2874
14/8/2024 13:08 | Nothing much happening, looks like we’re going to quietly go to sleep, I mean go Private | 2pablo
13/8/2024 09:58 | I should have said We | book5
13/8/2024 09:11 | Just cos you haven't head doesn't mean it's 'probably fake'...lol | zen12
13/8/2024 09:07 | I have not heard anything new about the last-minute offer, so it was probably fake. No rns about directors purchasing either | book5
13/8/2024 07:21 | Looks like ‘last minute offer’ was probably fake but either way got ‘No comment’ from our illustrious board | 2pablo
12/8/2024 18:15 | Tractor, there’s a bit of noise but it’s all small cheese to my mind. 19m traded today at around 0.2p, so in value that is less than £40k, probably around £35k. That’s not a big deal and some of it like Book5 says is just going round and round. No-one is betting on NOT delisting. Unless suddenly this ‘offer’ we’ve found has any substance or merit. I bought some more last week to just reduce my dilution. So, instead of losing 12/13 of my value, I’m losing about 4/13. The share price is pitiful but some people obviously think getting £50 or so now is better than nothing. If we believe what we’ve been told, we’re delisting to save money and to possibly expedite funding or a sale. Unfortunately the note holders had us over a barrel so we all had to take a huge hit(including Martin A)to keep the company going. I think it very likely either funding or a sale will come this year | 2pablo
12/8/2024 17:52 | I would like to know if our chief financial officer, Martin, or any other director is buying shares in the open market below the conversion price. It would be a good sign if they do. And if not, why not? Perhaps most trading is rotational, created by a big trader to create volatility rather than genuine buyers and sellers? | book5
12/8/2024 15:01 | MAST IS WORTH BUYING TODAY | citys2874
12/8/2024 14:56 | someone selling at 0.12 | citys2874
12/8/2024 14:05 | Can anyone explain... who is buying and why? 10's of millions of shares changed hands in last few weeks. People selling are geting a few quid. So why sell? People buying are buyig into a company about to go private which will become a law unto itself. Maybe there will be another massive dilution event? I guess it might be worth a punt since the price is so low... but the CLN holders made this very aggressive deal to basically take the company from original stake holders. What's to say they won't do another aggresive dilution post de-listing to get rid of all remaining small time shareholders (by diluting them again to nothing)? They could do that by converting the loans? Maybe people are buying betting that the company for some reason will not de-list? Risky but worth a punt for some? Maybe it is CLN holders themselves doing the Buying. Afterall on paper it looks like the same deal they are with the conversion of the interest... ie about 0.2 pence. If they fond that attractive then buying more at same price would make sense? Unless for the above para! Anyone? | tractorhead
12/8/2024 12:41 | Sudden pick up in trades | talais
12/8/2024 10:11 | Thanks Mr White but just in case, LTH’s, make a note of my e mail to give me your mobile in the future if necessary | 2pablo
12/8/2024 09:40 | The bulletin board threads always continue on ADVFN and in most cases LSE Chat even though the stock has been delisted. | pwhite73
10/8/2024 10:10 | I just emailed my details. | book5
10/8/2024 03:32 | According with this, “PR Newswire” was involved in at least one pump-and-dump case. So, caution, It could be fake. Was the death of the worker fake to dump the stock? We should know by the 14th Caution | book5
09/8/2024 21:33 | I guess that Noteholders can not reject repayment to them without offering a better alternative to us Indeed, there has been unusual price volatility from the 5th | book5
09/8/2024 21:29 | Well no reason to think the article isn’t true Book5. Perhaps it might explain some of the buying. It certainly would be fantastic if this offer is accepted, stops the delisting, and is made in conjunction with project funding. “In addition, COVEC made an offer in July to provide project financing to complete the construction of Chaarat's Tulkubash mine in Kyrgyzstan” Surely Chaarat should at least be commenting | 2pablo
09/8/2024 21:19 | It is 42 million, which tallies with the Notes balance. The general meeting would not have postponed proceedings till the alternative millions are in the bank because the grace deadline is the 14th of August We will know next week if the Chinese pay the creditors by the 14th and Cgh gives 35% of the equity. Company unusual quiet, for instance, about the death of the worker reported in the local press or the press article I have posted above. A few days more. | book5
09/8/2024 21:04 | Dead cat storyMade to flipBoard have made their decision and with MA holding 51% no chance this white knight will happen imo Pointless as the 23m USD debt repayment for lower rates does not including the remaining 12m debt left of the 35m USD debt Total red herring story | solo4yous |
