Life moves on |
Auction soon to close, about 4 Sellers and all being picked up possibly by 1 Buyer.
Well, somebody knows what’s likely to happen with this company but unfortunately not your average punter |
If the company ever got bought out or if it actually started producing gold one day, there must be something in it for shareholders |
Chaarat are stopping their bi-monthly auctions on AssetMatch as they originally said they probably would do after 6 months. That’s a bit of a blow but I’m keeping my shares to see if anything materialises down the line. Don’t know what else to do, not going to sell for a pittance |
I think their ‘certificate8217; is out of date whatever that means. I risked it and it goes through to the usual website, nothing untoward, but nothing new since the late September early October corporate update on there under ‘News’ |
chaarat gold website is not working for me, when i try to access it a warning appears on my screen about risk of impersonation (stealing my data) |
Thanks Regards |
Convert that to https at the beginning |

The company is still committed to keeping us informed of developments. Still saying on good terms with the Kyrgyz govt. Next update promised late December |
Well, sorry to see you go but at least you’ve proved the auction system is working |
Good morning 2pablo £250 less charges I am out now. |
Greetings 2pablo That's me hopefully (seller). |
I notice there is a buyer on the AssetMatch Auction willing to take the 175,000 offered
Closes tomorrow at 2pm |
Or a decent buyer Question is, why? |
Well maybe but they certainly haven’t got the funding yet |
No news that I can see There is something very wrong here |
First auction on Oct 25th and I see someone is hoping to sell 175,000 @ 0.14p (for £245)
Any takers ?
Any news ? |
Ed, all shareholders have been shafted it’s true but China this, China that, have been saying they’ll provide funding for a year or two now and nothing ever materialised. The Bondholders had their debt kicked down the road one too many times, it seems.
That amount of funding could have transferred our debt to China Railways but perhaps the bondholders and the Board were not convinced of their integrity.
So, we’re now stuck in a Private Company but still no sign of project funding. We have much less debt but about 9billion shares if I remember right.
I tripled my holding right at the end of Aim and am hopeful we will get building this mine soon. Seems even more crazy now with PoG so high. |
Re one of my previous posts saying that this is an engineered debt crisis and that I did not believe that the board couldn't find funding, given the amount of gold in the ground:
Before the meeting on 8th August that gave debt holders control of the business a white knight arrived - China Railways. It proposed to invest $42m (well above market rate) , comprising 20m for a 35% equity stake and 23m loan to refinance existing borrowing at lower rates.
The board declined. |
Still no-one wants to fund a goldmine when PoG at all high |
Greetings all Actually selling via AssetMatch seems simple enough though there is a delay before sale proceeds and shares are exchanged after matching. |
An interesting article about the beginnings of an important railway which, however, digresses rather about corruption.
Amusing snippet "a pair of pliers was invoiced for $640".
Still waiting to hear if any Chaarat funding forthcoming but we're not with our backs against the wall now I suppose. |
Good to hear Thanks |
