02/10/2023 08:38 | Brucie51 Oct '23 - 17:34 - 1870 of 1871 After watching the videos IMHO, CWR does not serve trucks but rather heavy industry, including ships |During the next few years, the primary source of income will be “power” (converting hydrogen or gas to electricity). However, it is looking into and bringing its hydrolysis technology into the market in the second half of this decade. | book5

30/9/2023 21:51 | Coolidge, Arizona 28th Sept - Nikola just announced their first 223 orders for HC (hydrogen fueled) powered (by Bosch) long distance haulage trucks - from 23 clients, simultaneous with the name of their new Canadian distributor, the main manufacturer for Canadian long distance haulage trailers. Initial capacity is 2400p.a. on three shifts. From their announcement:....... "Progress is also evident on the fuel cell power module assembly line in Coolidge, scheduled for completion in Q4 of this year, with Bosch supplying these critical modules" . IMO that should generate a seven figure annual licence fee from Bosch. From my personal machinery business experience that could be 5-10% of say $5-10,000 for each Bosch SOFC power train. further "Today, we mark the official commercial launch of our advanced technology hydrogen fuel cell electric trucks into the North American marketplace. It's a testament to the relentless `'can do' attitude of our team and is a step closer to realizing our vision of sustainable and efficient transportation," said Steve Girsky, Nikola President and Chief Executive Officer. "As we head into the fourth quarter, we are focused on delivering our trucks at scale and securing our position as pioneers in the hydrogen refueling ecosystem to support our customers." Nikola's ground-breaking hydrogen fuel cell electric truck features a range of up to 500 miles and an estimated fueling time as low as 20 minutes.* This truck is expected to have among the longest ranges of all commercially available zero tailpipe emission Class 8 trucks, with versatile applications ranging from drayage and intermodal to metro-regional truckload and less-than-truckload to certain specialized hauling use cases. Progressing steadily towards its strategic goals, Nikola and its dealers have received 223 non-binding orders for its hydrogen fuel cell electric trucks from 23 customers. Notable fleet operators such as J.B. Hunt ( , AJR Trucking ( , Biagi Bros. and TTSI, are among the growing list of customers committing to the future of sustainable trucking. The completion of Phase 2 assembly expansion at the Coolidge manufacturing facility sets the stage for a new era in transportation. With a versatile mixed-model production line capable of manufacturing both hydrogen fuel cell and battery-electric trucks, the facility stands ready to achieve an annual production capacity of approximately 2,400 trucks across three shifts. "We are proud to celebrate the launch of Nikola's innovative hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle production facility in Coolidge," said Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority. "Nikola's investment in Arizona's electric vehicle supply chain and their partnership with leading suppliers are driving further economic growth. We look forward to supporting Nikola's success as the company continues to shape the future of transportation from Coolidge." Available Incentives In addition to production milestones, the latest state and federal incentives nationwide make it even more economically viable to be a Nikola customer. Nikola trucks are eligible for the California Air Resources Board Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project | scrutable

29/9/2023 13:18 | So I guess back to waiting again - very much like IES. I imagine the market will not have the patience and there may be opportunities to pick up lower down. I see £3 very much as the level; it might test below, but that would be an opportunity to add, imho. I'm thinking you have two best opportunities to buy this kind of share: either at the bottom, or on the break up. In the meantime, I expect a slow rachetting up of news. This is surely a winner in the long term. | brucie5

28/9/2023 10:39 | But as to Cwr, I cannot see any reason why this will not succeed, though perhaps we need to define what success means. For me, a growing income stream from their manufacturing partners as products take off. Think Arm, with similar likelihood of eventual bid. I particularly like the fact that they don't manufacture. But we may tread water for a while. As previously observed, this looks like a basing pattern; but clearly no dividend stock and will be off limits to many due to perception as a 'story' stock. Some story. I likewise hold IES. Both require patience. | brucie5
28/9/2023 10:35 | Tories are a busted flush. What populist short term piece of meat will buy them out of a wipe out next election. I can't imagine they have the confidence of industry any more, let alone green tech that needs solid government commitment to transition. I think for that, we're more interested in extent to which Labour feels able to rescind recent and forthcoming Tory policies without making themselves vulnerable to the usual catcalls of Tufton street trying to whip up the red wall. | brucie5

28/9/2023 09:27 | book528 Sep '23 - 07:58 - 1857 of 1857 0 0 0 I am not sure if today's results support the current market valuation, but to me, they are promising.. -------------------- Depends what you think you're buying! Weichei will presumably come through next year. Bosch is not standing still. This looks like the bottom and market appears reluctant to sell it down further. Worth re-reading these highlight: Strategic highlights * Bosch's 'Power Units' have received European funding of EUR160 million as an Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) to support the development and mass production of its solid oxide fuel cell product, utilising Ceres' stack technology * Building construction for Doosan's 50MW factory in South Korea is now complete. All machinery and processes have undergone factory acceptance testing, installation is almost complete, and commissioning is on schedule for completion in H2 2024 * Our second-generation design of fuel cell stacks has passed Critical Design Review (a key milestone), which offers improvements in performance and cost for SOFC partners * The first-of-a-kind megawatt-scale electrolyser is undergoing commissioning and initial testing at AVL in Germany, in preparation for deployment at the end of this year to Shell's R&D centre in Bangalore, India, in line with the timetable set out in the 28 June 2022 announcement * A two-year collaboration with Linde Engineering and Bosch has been signed to validate the performance, cost, and operational functionality of Ceres' electrolyser technology, which starts next year * Ceres has been announced as the Winner of the Royal Academy of Engineering's 2023 MacRobert Award, widely regarded as the UK's most prestigious prize for engineering innovation * Further augmented the Board with Karen Bomba and Caroline Brown joining as Non-Executive Directors * As of 18 September 2023, Ceres has joined the FTSE 250 index, following its graduation from AIM to a Premium Listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange | brucie5

27/9/2023 11:47 | IMHO: -the numbers carry on being poor; otherwise, the share price would be higher. -the reason for delaying as much as possible is to try to report new clients. We will know tomorrow | book5
27/9/2023 10:20 | Ceres will help itself if it remembers that it is now a main list company wearing long trousers and gets it's interim figures out promptly say mid late August rather than on the last day but one along with alot of small AIM companies, still very much in short trousers. It's accounts are simple and no reason for this delay. | cerrito |
