07/11/2012 08:00 | so ,who bought the 1.4 mill yesterday?£44k on a dead horse seems a bit strange,maybe is full of run,instead... | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 18:48 | It was incorrect....that is why they changed it....i hope it was an honest mistake....otherwise someone might have it done because?buying more shares cheaply? | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 18:28 | Sorry, but i read the 2nd RNS as saying the heading of the first was miss leading.!!! | tara7
06/11/2012 17:33 | that 1.4 mill was a buy just after the rns.....who wants to buy at 3.1p when the company just put out an rns saying winding down in the main title?maybe the same person that will bid for it? | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 17:21 | 34simon,i read the account and they did burn 16 mill last year. Then they announced cost saving measures,so they are burning approx £1 mill per month.I think £4 to £5 mill left in the bank that will be reflected in share price IF the co will be backed up by someone, then 6 to 8p would be fair value.IF company wind down, then this money left will be used to pay employees and various expenses, leaving almost nothing or nothing to shareholders. The clou is :will the company will be bought out or will get backed up by someone? If yes, this is incredibly cheap,if not lose it all....that is the way i see it...and the reason i bought in....is that fair enough? | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 17:15 | Sueyou1,then what are you doing here?if you don`t buy and don`t sell the shares,what is your purpose?I`m a shareholder in CWR,and in profit,actually... | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 17:07 | 2nd rns came at 16.32 changing the title only?you wonder who write these importants rns.... | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 17:06 | WORTHLESS. GET IT!! | sueyou1
06/11/2012 17:02 | One thing I have learned over my time here is it is totally fruitless to try and argue a case with a pump and dumper, they are so thick skinned they will never admit to what they do like none of them have actually returned to this thread this afternoon to admit they dumped, also it would seem a pump and dumper even if they do not know each away from this site has some kind of moral duty to defend each other, I mean how brazen is it to what has happened here and here we are having to read the posts of a person saying how wonderful the likes of Topinfo are, not the words I would choose :-)) The saying "one day rodders" applies to becoming a millionaire and also could apply to the same chances advfn or the FSA did something about these pump and dumpers, both will never happen. | 34simon
06/11/2012 17:01 | CERES first RNS was entitled 'Wind down of Business' Their replacement RNS was entitled 'Company Update (Replacement)' I take it that the first one was accurate and the discussions are going nowhere so they are looking at winding down soon, the second was put out when they realised their mistake!! Anyone putting money into CWR must like throwing money away LOL!! CWR is a company that has declared more than once by by RNS that it is looking at winding down the company, therefore AVOID at all costs. | sueyou1
06/11/2012 16:56 | Stegrego, this is the stockmarket. When tops was buying some lucky investor had the chance to sell out.!! It takes all types of investors to make a market Today, some investors took the view to buy and sell just like tomorrow[if not bust] | tara7
06/11/2012 16:51 | simon,i buy when i see a good price and i put my money on it.I don`t pump and dump and i did say,i still have all my shares. My comment to TW is because he was saying buy at 40p and now he said sell at 2p!He told and tipped CWR at high prices and people lost money on his advices.Nobody lost money on my suggestion in buying at 1.2p!Then again,if you feel that CWR will close down, why are you here? | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 16:36 | Tw told investors this was worthless yet some investors have made 150% In a few days. So who were the fools the city who bought for millions and lost 99% or the brave who bought in the last few days.?? | tara7
06/11/2012 16:29 | 34 simon,i bought in CWR and i still have all the shares....why are you bitter with me? | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 16:28 | think an offer will be on the table pretty soon and above 5p,imo... | maxmarilli
06/11/2012 16:27 | maxmarilli That is rich coming from you, how much garbage have you and topinfo and others wrote about this stock on the topinfo thread ? | 34simon
06/11/2012 16:24 | Sad to see pump and dumpers making more in some hours today than hundreds of long term investors in the share ever made! Most investors here have already lost 50 to 90 percent. Only if you kept buying a falling knife to the very bottom could you make some losses back. That is the markets for you. Where is Denc? I said this was a poorer play than even CFU. But Denc always slagged CFU off, he should be guttted today IF he is still here. | hectorp
06/11/2012 16:12 | TW is saying these are worthless. Gotta be a positive sign. | loverat
06/11/2012 16:08 | I'd love to see it happen, but the lack of posts here and on the other thread say it is yet another successful pump and dump, they have moved to the next stock. | 34simon |
