Yes we could all feel in the doldrums about the share price here. Seems stuck in the 131p - 138p range. But at least we are getting one of the best dividends in the FT 100 at 8.8%. Can you imagine if you were in heavy in a company and you had little back in Dividends. Their are 24 company's in the FT 100 that pay less than 2%. Big names like RR, TSCO, RBS, LSE

Isn't the same old thing. News in the market drops the price to where people question what is happening. They sit on the sidelines thinking either it's going bust or they can buy in cheaper. Share starts to rise they sit and say oh it will drop again but never does and misses a good profit.

Fine if you are looking at a short term trade however if you look towards the longer term then factor in capitol growth and dividend you will see that a buy and hold scenario is what works and will produce excellent gains.

Morning allYes stress is no good for anybody, I don't get stressed, If you feel like that I just go for a country walk. 65 in May , luckily still feel 30 and a lot of people don't think I'm even 50

My birthday was a few weeks ago as well, turned 62 . Still feeling healthy , don’t take any tablets , not even when I had a bad cold.

It's funny but I turned 50 a couple of week ago but I feel fitter than I've felt in years. Saying that every morning I wake up I'm full of aches and paines ???

Cold lingered longer then expected, three weeks in total. A lot better now , looking at a vacation to a warmer climate.
