They can change their minds but I agree it does seem like madness but do remember you are buying their slots which could be beneficial

BOD have already accepted offer of £2.2m for the company valuing at 1p a share
Net debt at £99m

Edit.
They are buying the company for £101.2m . I think most of their aircraft are leased and they made a tiny profit just one year otherwise it’s always been a loss. I tried to fly with them once but found them to be very expensive

Maybe the Millwall FC B team the way the share price has performed recently but I’ll keep on holding for now but I can see now why so many private investors lose money in the markets or give up completely, it’s a tough old game.GLA

These smaller energy companies are starting to fall over quicker than Mo Salah in the penalty box, all good news for Centrica, all we need now is for a piano to land on Corbyn & my world is complete GLA

IMB & BATS also on the wrong end of a broker downgrade - from outperform to perform.
IMB off 5.1% & BATS off 4.3%.

There are 2 sides to a coin. Imo cna is a recovery play at bombed out valuation with divi paid while you wait. A negative spin can always be made. Most holders will be well underwater here. Imo hold and take the dividend and wait patiently. The share price has had a torrid time but fortunes can easily change

I don't mind them losing the 'wrong' customers, if they are actually wrong and I think in the face of so much switching, customers will come back, although a few will get the 'ump I guess.

If CNA accept that they will have a lower number of customers and it stabilises profitability, then that's much more preferable than chasing volume at the wrong margin. I don't know if costs per customer decrease with higher customer numbers, as with a production line, so the economies of scale might not be applicable, in which case customer number chasing doesn't seem a good idea, unless you've established some sort of cross or upselling that takes them to the right margin.
