CNA have several things in their favour

Reduction in competitors
£100 increase in minimum bills
Cold snap here and USA (higher bills)
Cold snap here has not caused huge call outs for boiler repair under contract.
Goverment realisation their constant meddling putting companies off investing in U.K. energy.

My small concern, no news on their Nuclear interest sale. CNA may be stuck with it.

It has. Click on the Financials tab at the top of this page and it lists the divi dates. It's amazing how many people are now talking about dividends in so many stocks. Over on VOD exactly the same. Shows how low the shares have actually got to.

Final has historically been xd in May for last few years hasn't it? Think the divi is announced in Feb but always xd May.

Seems like a compromise as some posters wanted a cut in the dividend.

It means they've diluted the dividend by 25%.

Final dividend ex date is 9th May. Not happy about them delaying it from Feb. It means we are getting the same dividend over 15 months instead of 12.NOT HAPPY.

People are starting to realise that after Brexit , regardless of a deal or no deal, there will no restrictions on movements and no tariffs and no hold ups at ports. We should , in theory, see a rise for all ftse companies in the run up to the 29th of March who have been beaten up by Brexit worries. The banks should do particularly well. My guesstimate for cna come the 29th is circa 200p +Good Luck.

from Telegraph, OFGEM looks like it will allow minimum bills to be increased by £100 for 11m customers. Have to see effect on CNA as these things not always as positive as you think they will be.
