This is the only chance for that idiot with the crooked tie to get into office. Who ever gets in it’s going to be a mess , more so if labour get in.
Conservatives may want to let labour in just so they can blame them for the failure and hope to win the following elections.

I don’t think there is any Conservative leader who wants to take over PM job.

My fear for over a year was that Labour would offer another referendum, EU would likely agree to this request .

Nortic , did you manage to follow events on FLYBE board. Offer was 1p , shares where trading at 4p. I thought this was very strange. The buyer turns out to be a disgruntled x board director of Stobart with money to burn who wanted to be noticed.

Today Flybe made a modification to the offer , stated they were having difficulties with getting conditions met for the bridging loan. Sold the company to consortium and kept the shell company only . the deal now does NOT need shareholder approval.
And the shares I’m presuming de-listed.

There are still people on the bulletin board expecting a higher bid and trying to talk the price up.

Sorry Skinny .... end of the day it’s investment forum. We can all learn from others .
Currently their share price is 3.5x the offered from Virgin. Something doesn’t make sense here. I don’t believe there are other interested parties.

Slots are valuable only at certain airports and certain hours. Otherwise as in this case not much. Airlines can be huge risks
