Gas prices surging because of cold snap in USA.
This could destroy some smaller competitors with their loss making introductory rates.
will CNA be allowed to increase prices again if gas prices stay high?
A political hot potato with May promising to keep prices down.

Conn should have been buying gas producing assets at the bottom, not getting out.
It is the perfect storm of politics and strategy that is crushing CNA.
Too much to worry about.

My double pain comes from exiting commodities too early the buying in here too early.
Rotated cash into bombed out BT and CNA.

The daily pain is relentless.

Bought a few here this morning. The yield at the current price is 8.7% and either the shareprice is close to bottoming out or they could become a takeover target at this price.

Could there be a reason why Conn isnt talking to shareholders?I like to think about this positively!If no reason then the man has to go early in 2018.Loyal CNA holders have put up with enough.

Another good comment diku, I think all who invested in CNA must be feeling the same way. It can be very frustrating if you have invested heavily in this company ( my own fault) . I have said it before, especially if a share price as collapsed as CNA as done. Even Glencore which is meant to be the most secretive of all the company's communicated all lot better than these. Mr Conn give some reassurances where you are going with this company and to the other investors so they will buy into this company

It will take at least 2 years to confirm that conn's strategy is correct.
The market is not impressed at the moment and needs to be convinced.

It would be more comforting if CNA were stronger on production and exploration.
This asset lite strategy worries some people.
