11/1/2018 12:27 | Yes supermarky, why hasn't Mr Conn said anything about the cold weather in USA . With it being so cold over there it should be a boost for us, but yet again complete silence from him !! | jpjohn1
11/1/2018 12:16 | I wonder what will be the impetus for cna share price to start going up from this base area. I'm sitting being patient. Thank goodness for the dividend. Does anyone know how direct energy is doing with all the cold weather in the US. Could this be a positive trigger? | supermarky
11/1/2018 11:18 | I agree Portside , I think unless we have great results at AGM he has to go. In buying and selling over 30 years I have never seen anybody so quite, if he gave confidence to new investors in this company we would see a large rise | jpjohn1
11/1/2018 10:01 | Even myself, I'm not sure of the right way to go. If we stopped the dividend I would expect the share price to crash. The great dividend was one of the main reasons I bought heavily into CNA . With a buyback of shares there is no guarantee the share price would go up greatly, you have a balance of a downward pull of no dividend being paid to new investors. If CNA never paid a dividend and I never owned any shares in the company I would have given this one a miss | jpjohn1
11/1/2018 09:33 | Unless there's a big correct in share price upwards very soon portside Mr Conn will be told by the shareholders to go. | jpjohn1
