31/7/2020 12:44 | I'm getting seriously hacked off with the PMs space and the mining thereof.I've now had to sell my HGM investment after a £3 virtual takeover of that company after Russian oligarths sold 40% (with no formal offer attracting a premium to the sp).My Lonmin investment disappeared to Sibanye-Stillwater and was delisted from London. My Randgold Resources tied up with Barrick with no premium to the share price Acacia had all their problems with President Magufuli in Tanzania and again Barrick moved in to snap up a gold mine on the cheap.Small investors get repeatedly shafted in all this consolidation. | redbaron10
31/7/2020 12:34 | Any one prepared to stick their necks out about pog? The dollar sell off appears stalled around the 92.5-93 area and we're on the cusp of the psychological $2000oz barrier.Short to medium term are we going to breach $2000 with possible US non-farm jobs numbers a week today being the catalyst, or is a $500 rise in pog from the March lows stretching the gold price to its limits in such a short space of time? I can see quite a sharp reversal in pog the closer to $2000 we get.We had a sneak preview when pog got intraday to $1980 and then pulled back very quickly to nearly $1900.Any thoughts? | redbaron10
31/7/2020 12:22 | Some good score coming out today.. Apple almost doubling eps expectations and CAT reporting 1.03 over 0.60. The contraction has been and gone, no need for people to panic into safe havens just yet. I'm cash over gold atm so possibly a little bias but that's how I see it. Watch the rotation trade to companies who perform functions in naturally social distanced environments. | plat hunter
31/7/2020 11:32 | The jellyfish is smarter than clueless Kenny the clown. And just for clarity; offence intended | trader536
31/7/2020 10:55 | nice opportunity at 202, enjoyed the shake | martinfrench
31/7/2020 09:44 | thought you were off kenny ? there are jellyfish on my local beach with stronger backbones than you. | martinfrench
31/7/2020 09:20 | Someone hack my account...PLEASE! | rose_by_another_name
31/7/2020 09:07 | "Martinfrench giving his useless comments loads more than me" anybody interpret this the way i did ? the translation of this is the comments are useless but the frequency is higher just man up kenny, if your going to attack just go for it, and dont back track. | martinfrench
31/7/2020 08:44 | Attacking someone else to deflect criticism from yourself, bit of a low ball move eh Kenny ? | martinfrench
31/7/2020 08:44 | HGM takeover today.. Wonder if anyone will run their slide rule over CEY again and offer fair value this time? | geckotheglorious
31/7/2020 08:43 | Clueless Kenny the clown lives in Fantacyland, his posts should only be used for entertainment purposes | trader536
31/7/2020 07:17 | Whatever Azalea. The gold move is proportional to the dollar fall so for me it's that | martinfrench
31/7/2020 07:12 | The dollar weakening against the Yen,euro and pound, whilst notable, are not thought to be the cause of the significant turnaround in the p.o.g.; whereas issues relating to Comex are thought to be the culprit. | azalea
30/7/2020 15:31 | Yet another reminder that bad data makes stock exhanges drop and CEY gets hit also, despite gold being relatively flat. A good waning that a crash would be very very bad for CEY as proven in recent history. | stevedaytrader |
