A mess kenny ,I paid £1 36p it dropped and then motored up past that,at the time everybody said it was going up and up so I felt dragged into keeping them,(mistake) then as you know ,down it went then everybody turned against it ,some mentioned 70p ,your think at 81years old I would have learnt ,anyway now ive no idea which way it will go,I don't really have much faith,

I count the number of countries I own property. I assume you have one or two little ressi buy to let's in the UK. I doubt you have international real estate assets including commercial and industrial premises. Get back to your LEGO

Exactly Alan..He should just short it if that's what he really thinks. I have no problem with people sitting on the opposite side of the trade.Buyers can't buy, if sellers don't sell and visa versa.. It's healthy; unfortunately DT clearly isn't.

I think deranged, Kenny... Why'd you go to such extents to assume somebodies wealth, gender or social class in order to exhibit your own success and riches?

I've never boasted of my holdings or how much i have made or lost, ever! yet, he's presuming that i would be in awe of his tales, as i live in live in a council flat and that I think 240k is an incredulous amount of money.

He's obviously proud of his achievements and riches, he deems it worthy enough to shout about.. I think it was Bruce Lee who once said that "Boasting is a fools glory"

According to DT Foxtons is better investment because it provides long term capital growth and a dividend.Not sure where he read that but probably says a lot

Watch Foxtons rise as stamp duty gets reformed Plat. Read the reasons why gold is overbought. Wake up and smell the coffee. You clearly haven’t a clue about investment in either shares or property.
