The management of GFM are totally ignorant to share holders and continuously treat themselves like the royal family. Been a holder for 18 yrs bought at 4p, waiting for the next financial crisis and I am out

Not directed to me I know - but PM specific or wider miners?

Non PM - I quite like ARS & ARCM for near term potential.

Let's now see if today's low in gold holds. We need to see a good rebound to top $1255 by Monday for this to give any indication that we have reached the turning point today. Note that next Friday, July 6th, is NFP day in the US and, as usual, gold will likely sink into the payroll report. If we don't get above $1255 by Monday or move to a lower low tomorrow, I expect the July low to come around the NFP. There is also a further possibility of another low at the end of July. Not out of the woods yet, I'm afraid. To end on a positive note, sentiment in both gold and silver are at bearish extremes. This is fairly reliable indicator that a turn is occurring or imminent.

No info on shipments this week. Either it was missed by the press or there was none. If the latter and there is no shipment next week, I'm thinking 110k will be the Q2 figure.

astjgroom just when everyone is throwing in the towel is the time to buy. Chris V has not been anywhere near spot on. Read Gary Savage's blog but bear in mind he is stateside. Au looks like a buy IMO but Ag offers more profit IMO. TSX KL doing well in goldbut anybody know good silver miners overseas?

Gold & Miners to Rally as US Equities Fall On FearChris Vermeulen ñWednesday, 27 June 2018 11:00 (EST)Equities.comGiven this information, it is very likely that Gold will recover to near 1320 within the next couple weeks and possibly push higher on global concerns. For traders, this means we are sitting near an ultimate bottom in the metals and this could be an excellent buying opportunity.

It seems that a lot of people are raising questions about Comex trading paper gold that may not exist in reality.

Not going to pretend that I understand trading paper gold derivatives. Would be interested to know people's views on this. Centamin is selling physical gold to real buyers. How closely correlated are physical and paper gold prices in reality?

The weak piercing line obviously failed. Today we saw a doji which represent indecision. For the most part, CEY seems to be following gold stocks in general in the last few days so it looks like the profit warning shock has worked itself out of the price.

Still looking for a low in gold coming up this week, probably Wed/Thur sometime. Hopefully this will be the summer low and we start with a modest rebound in July and then Aug/Sept are full on gangbusters.

No news from CEY this weekend. Next shipment will probably occur within the next 48 hours.

completely agree apeman, this is a no brainer IMO. The $300M cash resources (remember $114M odd was paid in divis in April), and high liquidity is completely undervalued. CEY must be close to a feasibility decision to build new plant in Burkina Faso. No issues with Finance they just do it once the economics are confirmed. Then all the financial resources of CEY are being put to work. I also expect good margins on these projects
