05/6/2018 16:02 | I'm quite prepared to admit to your greater knowledge of these things but it does state "disposal of shares" in section 4b of the 3rd item. Very confusing! | ![]() keyno

04/6/2018 23:06 | Commodities outlook: - Rajan Dhall | Mon, 4th June Gold Gold has been hampered by the strength in the US dollar (USD) of late and a strong payroll report didn't do much for the precious metal either. Moves to the upside look favourable if the trendline in the chart holds. Having said that, a lower high and lower low have been made, but the $1,307/oz consolidation low is still to be tested. The next support level on the way down is just below $1,264/oz so, if we break any lower, we could see a sustained move down. Risk sentiment has been formidable in the past few years, with all manner of political issues in both the US and Europe (including the UK - for now) having prompted temporary fall-outs, which have been resolved pretty swiftly despite financial conditions starting to tighten up. Gold prices have adopted a stronger correlation to the USD akin to the rest of the metals complex as risk complacency (as some would call it) has been prevalent. There have been some early signs that nervous markets will weather USD strength in preference to holding the long established safe haven, with tighter FX correlations more likely with USD/JPY and USD/CHF in the major pairings. | master rsi
04/6/2018 18:34 | Gold must start climbing soon or risk breaking support. A solid break below $1290 area will see $1275 back in play and possibly a dump into $1230. Summer low within the next 8 weeks. Edit: FYI, BritishBulls is now calling for a short on CEY. More flip-flops than a politician after an election. | flopticalcube
04/6/2018 16:57 | Re Wendy Durham, I believe she passed away, but don't quote me! | ![]() martin collins
04/6/2018 16:10 | She didn't like the profit share agreement if I recall correctly. I could see the point but it is just something else to feed into the numbers I felt and for me the numbers were very favourable - as has turned out to be the case! | ![]() jfishy55
04/6/2018 09:51 | Ah Charles! I'm back in here for olde times sake..remember the days of 20p when Wendy Durham used to argue it was uninvestable?!!! Is she still kicking around do you know? G. | ![]() gymratt
04/6/2018 09:41 | Ah , Charlie , are you hanging out here too ? The tea leaves are telling me to buy , indicators on the floor and very oversold | ![]() juju44
04/6/2018 09:19 | I prefer a triple bottom these days, maybe my age. | ![]() charles clore
04/6/2018 09:11 | Double bottom is in .Buy time | ![]() juju44
02/6/2018 08:36 | BritishBulls now warning of a possible reversal. Such flip-flops are why you need wider confirmation entry points. Their track record on CEY recently has not been much better than 50/50. | flopticalcube
02/6/2018 08:23 | Also, this is a SETS stock. Plus, it has multiple market makers. The price will be down due to the number of buyers compared to sellers at certain times of the day. E.g. If a seller of 10k shares puts their order into the market and there are no buyers then the price will fall until a buyer or buyers come forward allowing the transaction to complete. This is what can result in disparity between volume & price movement. And of course, the "buys" and "sells" and actually guesses as to who initiated a transaction (a transaction must by its nature be both a buy and a sell!). Because they are guesses they may be inaccurate. Finally, when a stock is very liquid, market makers cannot manipulate. In other words, CEY is not an illiquid micro-cap with a single MM! I think many people blame market makers because they need to clutch at any straw to give them some confirmation bias that their holding is good (anything to avoid selling at a loss). | ![]() jfishy55
01/6/2018 16:27 | Why oh why do people bang on about market manipulation? The market is made up of numerous players, longs and shorts, nothing is manipulated, the price is the price, until it's not. I bet you don't complain when prices rise eh....? | ![]() bulltradept
01/6/2018 15:01 | Something fishy going on here. Shares bought = circa 3M, Sold = circa 2.2M & share price down 2.25%? WTF? MMs are manipulating the market big time today. | mattcookson
01/6/2018 14:34 | I reckon this is a double bottom playing out so any further downside is negigible | ![]() juju44 |
