The reality is that CEY is backed by its yield. The problem at the moment is that there is uncertainty ref how much the yield will be. We will know more when the interim is announced. We know output (and therefore profit for distribution) will be down but will CEY look to its warchest to fund the dividend? Will it manage to get guidance back on track to exceed guidance in Q3&Q4?

US Fed expected to hike interest rates later today. Give short term traders an excuse to short the high beta gold stocks. All a storm in a tea cup IMO, Gold is unlikely to tank but as ever time will tell

116p looks like the next area of support last December's lowest close.

Very annoying seeing as gold is doing okay. Poly and Fres both also doing badly suggests gold is about to tank.

DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Centamin Chief Executive Andrew Pardey Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Centamin PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Andrew Pardey bought shares in the gold mining company.

On Friday, Pardey purchased 50,000 shares at 123.45 pence each in a deal worth GBP61,500.

Following the transaction, Pardey holds 2.0 million shares representing a 0.2% holding in the company.

Shares in Centamin were trading 0.7% higher at 123.35p each on Monday.
