This looks to me like Neil Craven wanted a seat on the board and failed. Why else would directors start buying shares from him, when he was only just buying on the open market two weeks ago?

It's very hard to know whether this is good news or not. I suppose it must be, because the directors are buying, but the fact that Neil Craven is selling is a slight concern.

It would not be the first time a small cap's price has been marched down to allow for lower priced options to be granted at an 'apparent' premium!

I bought another 55k today at @1.3p. This takes me to nearly 1% which is a big commitment for me. At least in the near term we may have reached a nadir from which to rise. The share options are appropriately priced to incentivise and gives me more confidence that we are still a going concern.

Best wishes

i think the reason for the fall is indeed that big rollover from a week ago.the mms are either going to make them pay for the shares or they are going to hammer them with the 0.5p bid.makes sense to sting them either way

Iv'e read and reread the results and for the life of me cannot work out why the share price is in a tailspin. Obviously something going on in the background of which we are not aware. Really peed off as I thought I was getting a bargain when I first bought in at 10p!!!
Now haven't got the funds or inclination to buy any more which could be a good thing.

Thanks for reminding me about all Cellcasts great prospects. I just love to asume it may go bust since I averaged down here at 2.325p and it is just my typical luck. Just hope that by the time I have more funds, the price will be still under 1.75p to buy. Hopefully it will get stuck on the full 1.5p offer for a few more weeks.

Although it will not be as cheap as todays price of 1.390p to buy.

50K sold for just 0.75p. Are the sells from anyone who attended the AGM?.

Even if all is not so good, there is always a future chance for Cellcast that apparently has no debt and only cash, to regain lost ground.

What the market is worried about is the company gradually burning away all the cash. However a placing then would be on the cards.

Hi,

the great thing about the modern connected world is that the regulators can try for as long at they can to pretend otherwise, but ultimately they're losing control of what people want and can get.

The channels of the sort that Cellcast is currently concentrating on (which in my opinion severely fails/under-values the potential of the company and the management) have been common across europe for many years, they all seem to be cheap quality where as Cellcast's channels provide better quality and diversified revenue.

CLTV's channels/talent even get peak-time media mentions from Chris Moyles on radio1 to C4.

It's a question of ambition and diversification, + creativity!

Kind regards,

MN

MMS is going through the same cycle of looking like one of the worse shares in a long time. Stuck with 2 dogs CLTV and MMS, but I have faith in the long term, that both shares are greater than 10 baggers, IMHO.

Any of you going to be at the company tomorrow?

Kind regards,
