23/7/2008 13:12 | zoo123, Once we find out to what extent the ofcom ruling will affect the business then we will start to see a shareprice correction (hopefully up) to a more fair value for the company. At the moment, it's a 'wait and see' game. | ldmachin
23/7/2008 12:43 | Hi, A company with a m'cap of £1 million. It's own office that it's sub-letting. A multi-studio facility. A substantial PRS telecoms operation in the middle-east. A holding in a business that is not only a leader in one of the fastest growing countries in the world, but also one that is invested in by a top-tier successful Venture Capitalist. World-Leading unified broadcast to/from mobile interactivity (inc. video) via web technology platform. A co-investment in a company that has rare ability/licence to re-/broadcast television on mobile in China -that even the mobile incumbants there aren't allowed to do. A leading operator of premium-rate 3g Video in the UK. Developing premium-rate [3g/video] services abroad A 3rd-party share-holder who has continued to buy substantially forward. A business that is almost as lean as it's possible to be while being a PLC and running geographically broadly. No debt. A value of £1 million ??? Yours kindly, MN | ![]() zoo123
22/7/2008 15:14 | Buys at 1.25p now. Crazy price to be buying at. Was undervalued when they where 2.5p to buy, so now there a short term 4 bagger. | ![]() lord santafe
22/7/2008 08:58 | Hi MN, I hope you're right on that front! We really could do with something good happening here. Mind you, until this ofcom thing is sorted, I'm not optimistic in any way shape or form... Did you see that ofcom are in need of a new Chairman? Step forward Andrew Wilson, lol! | ![]() the analyst
22/7/2008 07:57 | zoo123 Are you hinting at something? Everybody hates a tease Please tell us a bit more. | sans souci
22/7/2008 07:48 | HI, The analyst, I'd hope to go as well, but circumstances mean it's unlikely. You might be in for some good news, if you do go, depending on how prudent the company want to be..... Kind regards, MN | ![]() zoo123
21/7/2008 16:17 | Well good that todays trades show one sale, since I feel ripped off having paid 2.325p, and if the price is still as low as today in 4 weeks time, I will be able to average down for the 3rd time. | ![]() lord santafe
21/7/2008 15:44 | zoo123 I hope to go, but it's going to be a busy week for me, so not sure yet Are you going? | ![]() the analyst
21/7/2008 08:42 | Hi, Anyone here going to the Cellcast AGM? Kind regards, MN | ![]() zoo123
18/7/2008 09:23 | This article is interesting it outlines a pay-per-view model for Youtube. Sounds right up our street for CLTV lets hope they have it in the business model already. | davidruk
17/7/2008 19:32 | Never heard of square 1 management limited, although I know "smile tv" is Cellcast. | recto verso
16/7/2008 19:20 | Ah, cheers RV. So Square 1 Management Limited is owned by Cellcast, then. Not good news, but the publicity might bring in a few more viewers... | ![]() the analyst
16/7/2008 19:10 | Analyst, It is a cellcast channel. RV | recto verso
16/7/2008 14:18 | Anther buy today and may not be the best value price, but still at these super cheap prices, it does not make much difference if you pay 1.5p or 1.75p. 1.43p x 10 = 14.3p target price, IMHO In shares I always multiply the lowest possible price you could of paid by 10 to get to the target price. | ![]() lord santafe
16/7/2008 14:16 | I told the missus to behave herself and not to go too far but that's showbiz for you ! | digger27
15/7/2008 21:31 | I really hope these trades mean something positive is happening - we could certainly do with a bit of good news. That is, we could do with some good news that is meaningful ... | ![]() the analyst
15/7/2008 21:28 | It is very odd. Just been looking and there are no spread bet or CFD companies in the 'major shareholders' list. Yet they went through the market, so what sort of vehicle are they holding in and rolling them over through? Maybe we will get an announcement? 15/7/2008 21:13 | the analyst, Didn't bother finding the exact number of shares in issue, just did a rough calculation in my head based on Neil Craven's recent disclosure percentage. Well, either way, the 'owner' of the 2.3m shares has not sold, they just rolled over the holding, so are still holders. Just never seen 3% of a company rolled-over before in one trade... very odd that someone 'holds' 3% of the company, but doesn't 'own' it? potentially. | ldmachin
15/7/2008 20:42 | Is it 77m in issue LDmachin? Their website says there are 75,513,224 in issue. I'm only asking because 2.3m would represent over 3% if the website is correct, but less than 3% if your figure is correct... | ![]() the analyst
15/7/2008 19:43 | Interesting rollover that 2.3m trade. Approx 77m shares in issue... so 2.3m is just under the notifiable 3% threshold. Strange how someone would roll-over that amount. Have they not paid for the shares outright? Have the shares been bought using a leveraged product? I just find 3% a large amount of a company to own, but not to have bought outright... strange person. | ldmachin
15/7/2008 16:38 | There is a chance that those are buys, but from the prices and timing it just looks like someone rolling over a long position, to me. Cost them £345 to do it Irrespective, it means someone has confidence in the company. | ![]() the analyst
15/7/2008 16:29 | bones698 - surely you have to buy the shares to close a short. Same as an ordinary purchase. We will soon find out. 4.6million shares is 6% of the shares issued so we will get an RNS | ![]() rp3406 |
