For our candlestick followers I see we formed a hammer today. Should be day tomorrow for the share price (in theory). Sellers tried to drive it down, price recovered and ended at the high of the day .

Reading the incentive scheme . The levels are so low and so close together they will pretty much just bust thru all with one deep and a strong oil price.KO has supported the company and seems deserving but all CC has shown us he can't use spell check and has an unbeffiting economy with the truth when the RNS's are concerned.

Director Bonus Scheme, some way to go for level 1, also same goes for the Option awards and maybe our CC should make his first personal purchase of Caspian shares and take up his 2.4m @ 4p. That will only happen when the share price gets back to sensible levels and his Options are in the money, got til 2029. Only another 9 years folks, i can see Konil raising an eyebrow....lol

I would like to think not a x1 bagger from here but more like worth around 14 p with 2300 bopd and 25 p + (intra day at least ) with a confirmed deep.I think the ongoing seller has distorted the trading range. We were basically trading at 10 p with less production . So when he finishes you would think we get back there. Exciting times.

Spangle,

Hope you're still holding TXP and PANR, both should deliver nicely, already delivered 100% from the lows.

Yep, unfortunately our Casper aren't very good with the detail and when they do include some, it's obfuscation at best !

Basically you're saying that they're operationally incompetent.

Bob Beck,

Yep, that's a fair summary of events since 2013 !

I still can't get away from the 15 days or was that 11 days flowing at 3800bopd, the flaring video etc. Does like to tell a few stories.

So, you do know what Clive is sitting on ;-)

Smarty - ref pressure and heat.. I don't think heat is a problem. I'm not even sure it's high pressure, which by API definition would be 15,000 psi. Other definitions are 10,000 psi at the wellhead. But we haven't heard tell of either

Had a premonition about the nect RNS: While attempting to repair the broken pipe at A5 we dropped a load of gear down the hole. In attempting to retrieve this gear we tried to hook it using some left over coil tubing. Unfortunately the tubing kept slipping so we pumped some drilling mud down hole to keep it in place. The mud seems to have set and won't budge. We are attempting an acid job to release the mud. Unfortunately the acid is not strong enough so we have ordered a different specification acid. This was due for shipping but held up in customs as it did not have the correct documentation. We will keep you appraised of progress.

I don't know who's selling but the volume average has declined considerably as of late, i'm sure Toggle will advise or correct me BUT it wouldn't surprise me if it was big PIs rather than Kazakhs recycling and playing the rinse and repeat game. Whoever is selling, Kazakhs forward selling pre asset acquisitions whether drills/ barges or PIs playing the game, do your own research and don't may your investment decisions based on other peoples commentary, DYOR.

Awwww, a little slip makes a significant difference to value. Regardless, it's not worth the statement 5km2 at this juncture so looking forward to some reality in the near future, the only way we get that is with deep success and the CPR, statement is meaningless at this juncture.

I stay invested as we have minimal downside if any, that doesn't mean i stay invested if the real upside isn't realisable. They can't continue drilling deeps ad infinitum so if they can't get success on existing wells then there needs to be a decision to introduce new operational skills, farm out, sell etc as it's pointless continuing. It would be madness to continue, repeating the same process over and over and expecting a different outcome, something has to change.

Don't see A9 starting until they get clarity on the current deeps. They have licence commitments during the exploratory phase @ BNG but i'm sure there will be some flexibility as a result of Covid.

Rutter, re news. Results since Caspian rebirth have been in May but now since we've lapsed into June i believe they will take their time to give them the opportunity to write a positive operational report and forward looking statement. Prod results should be this week though but yet again, they don't really have to do that but they did make the commitment to monthly reporting.

Max, your question to better than expected prod numbers from MJF and share price. We know the value of the MJF field as per their P1/2 nos so we know what the field value is over the next 29 years, that alone makes a mockery of current share price As DHB states, zippo in for anything else and a the majority of the deep CAPEX is sunk and ongoing operations a fraction of the cost. They can't continue forever wasting millions on an ongoing deep campaign if they can't master the pressure and heat. The good news, they continue to spend money on the deeps, blind faith or real belief that they can make the 58km2 a reality, not that long to find out.

A9. Is that still on the near term agenda or a cashflow / COVID casualty?

If we don't get an update until 30 th June that'll be over 6 weeks since 15 th May. Surely news before then

I don't believe their story re A5 at all. It was weeks before they even let on that the 1500bopd was actually more like 50. Ant the pipe story followed on later still. My reading of the broken pipe was that it was an above ground issue. Cc probably reversed into the well head.

If A5 can flow at 1500 bpd equivalent for twenty minutes And then be halted. Presumably because of a broken pipe, then I bet it can be fixed. I'm still positive here

The good news is that there is nothing in for the deeps now. Plenty of upside just from MJF.

Max, even they don't know what their numbers are ? They're having to amend RNSs, it's shoddy management.

They were at c 1300bopd without Yelemes @ c 100 bopd so another 1000 from 150 and 153 = 2370. They stated 2300 capability but i suspect they won't push to hard so i'm expecting to see between 1800 and 2000 bopd for may, they were running at 1700 bopd in early May. Maybe they don't have the operational staff to do workovers and keep levels up hence the 1700 but it would be good to see a jump to c 54000+ for May.

A5 repaired and flowing ? a stretch too far and i'm expecting the Covid excuse or need acid/ new staff etc, hope i'm wrong as a 1500 bopd deep will start the process and yes will need a second RNS post 30 day flow test to really throw the cat amongst those pigeons.

X2 do you think it is even possible for the production numbers to hold a positive surprise that could help the share price ? Or will they be there or there abouts and nobody cares ?

Pretty much matched trades .Prod numbers this week and operational update to follow with Finals. Last issue suggested that they hoped to get A5 back on test by end of June to confirm their belief that it will flow commercially at 1500 bopd. Maybe the Finals will be released on 30/6, giving them time to get a positive on A6. Listed companies have 6 months to publish results, wouldn't surprise me to see accounts released last knockings..
