We're a week on from my expected TD last Friday. If it was a poor result I'd have expected a P&A announcement by now so I take that as encouraging but I'm concerned they may have encountered probs again.They'd encountered butane shows at 4332m, indicators are positive and progressing as planned. They're logging as their drilling so they know what they have at this juncture and thought they'd have announced the hit after a few days of flow testing. Got to be news next week plus updates on 145 flow rate and 146 progress after 4 weeks of drilling. I'd like to see the news issued by individual RNS for obvious reasons and hoping that 11 years of exploration delivers the first deep.The lack of trading interest could mean that the initial spike will not be severe on a successful outcome and may present the opp to load up before value realised.We can hope.

I've tried to read many RNS's of companies where LGas has been involved and you know what the answer is there, makes Carver look like an angel. All about trust for me and I find it very hard to believe the communication to the market as history shows an ugly picture .

Either probs or testing. If probs, they'll probably wait a while to issue news with positive 145 and 146. If it went past next week, I'd be concerned.

Why would I want dilution at this level ? that would be bad for all concerned.Bull,Carver is approachable but sense you'll get nothing at this juncture as in closed period. You can mail him or call him on the mobi but believe you'll be wasting time.Smarty

Off topic. Reality dawning at UKOG and the P&D brigade will leave the naive holding the baby. Fund raising next and all those who bought at the top of the pump at 11p are nursing 70% losses. Never learn !!

It's like my business, taken it from zip to £20m organically with the the odd minor acquisition. Next stage involves investment and dilution and will drive growth. Always risks but that's what businesses are all about, invest to grow or plod along.

K,At the right time to accelerate exploration and production to increase m/cap. That investment may come from institutional players that take a shareholding and drive share price up to enable any fund raising to be done with minimal dilution.I don't want them to limp along developing assets from cash flow and rather take the risk of making this a multi billion company by proving up more opps sooner, it's a trade off.I don't want dilution at this level but next year when we're multiples of current sp, then a mixture of debt/equity funding would work. The company have already stated this and it will happen at some juncture and they've stated that they'll do it at the least dilutive way.

smarty, there you go with the 'attract investment' line again.

why are you so sure they want to do that and dilute existing holders? surely if they get a deep to flow revenues will go up hugely and if 2 deeps flow revenues could more than double and june 2018 will see another increase from export sales. perhaps oraz and satyl with their huge holdings are playing a long game and don't want their stakes diluted at this early stage.

Either problems with the heat and pressure as per original drill or they are as you say, dotting i's and crossing t's. Can't afford to misinform the market or set the wrong expectations at this juncture as credibility is critical if they're to attract investment.

I was hoping for news to commemorate their incorporation on Friday 13th October which was the same day 11 years on last Friday !!We'll know soon enough, hoping it's the right flavour today and not on s Friday !
