Markets rebounding today in style and normal to see many of the AIM stocks that have taken a beating, not recovering with the bounce, c'est la vie.

MM's taking no chances, 150k a side online sell/buy and no real volume to restart a run northwards. Undervalued like many other stocks but not many with the potential upside of the Casper.

x2 - you don't know what is happening off-market. Sometimes we find out 3-4 days later that some 500k trades have gone through...I've seen it many times with CASP. Happy with my little £2k purchase yesterday at 7.44p. I see someone was mocking it on LSE but glad I did it. I personally think you are doing the right thing buying a few more and I will buy some extra as and when I have cash available! All still to play for.

I think I might have actually called the bottom with my top up yesterday. Looking good for a bounce now - surely we are due some good news soon. The last decent RNS was about A5 flowing at 3800 bopd a year ago. Cumon clive the time is now.

FK,

We have sellers and buyers and the volume is miniscule, i thought that we'd see some volume today. I'm mopping up a few here and there and the 100k purchase through HL is a pal of mine and not a big buyer of Caspian. The selling is probably from leveraged PI's having to let go and new buyers seeing value. Are the new buyers leveraged, i can only speak about my interest and those of friends and they are all owned and tucked away.

No big buyer and big seller but good to see that a 100k trade can move the market but the MM's still have plenty to shift if required.

little tick up on the bid again. Looks like they want shares at this price. Still think we have a buyer mopping up.

Has anyone noticed that Dave on LSE has suddenly learned perfect English after not being able to string a sentence together for months.... You really can't trust anyone on the LSE board Imo.

'if' by rudyard kipling

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

Could be a good day today. They were offering above the bid at the end of the day. A sign we may be about to bounce here. I would imagine that there are some large buy orders in at this level. The risk/reward is now heavily weighted to the reward side. 6.5p base/40p+ potential if two deeps are flowing and MJF is producing well.

News to break shortly on my 70th birthday! That’s only nine more years, a mere short pause in the life of Caspian!

Johnwalton... In my view, they are priced very low. They are a serious company with a serious asset owned 100% without any external debt. They have already flowed A5 at 3,800bopd and MJF has been shown to be over 10sq/km. From Jan 19 we have international prices on MJF and can convert the deeps to international prices as they come on line. This drop has been on very low volume and not one bit of bad news released by the company! I bought more today and as soon as I get some more cash, I will keep buying at this price. Strong buy Imo.

The company is valued at 124m.
I do not think it is undervalued when you.look at all the cash they need to expand the business.
The deep Wells have been a big drain on cash flow and the years keep rolling without results.
The article about the dodgie Carv is worrying and could they be doing something similar but through the purchase of the other bits of acarage. Are they over paying for poor ground?
