The export was suspended back in April 2007, when the price was 8p. Therefore, when the export resumes again, I think the price would only goto 8p (IMHO).

The Government would need a good reason to grant an export licence. What is it? What has changed? Is CSH about to produce oil at a very much higher rate? Is CSH about to invest millions?

Not a word from Masterman to tell us why he thinks the Government will be persuaded to grant a licence.
