19/1/2018 18:58 | The job of the auditors to satisfy themselves that every significant figure has been properly accounted | prambigear
19/1/2018 18:31 | The way they have valued the pension scheme is standard practice. | cc2014
19/1/2018 17:55 | Would this suggest they lied / didnt disclose on the updates or just hid through clever accounting? | staylow2
19/1/2018 17:18 | So now we know. total debt £5bn. includes pension deficit of a staggering £2.4bn. CLLN went spectacularly bust. not even close. | careful
19/1/2018 16:50 | What sort of audit signs off a company owing billions AND with a debtor position like theirs? | prambigear
19/1/2018 16:21 | Does that mean you are a buyer of the equity Jak? | nigelpm
19/1/2018 16:16 | That's what makes a market Jak - I've not done much diligence to be fair - just my assessment based on last set of RNS and balance sheet. | nigelpm
19/1/2018 15:50 | Jak, Obviously depends on bank support but : £513m debt Covenant testing deferred but very much in breach Negative liability position Hard to see a way out from here - clearly not as serious as Carillion but equity likely to be in trouble. | nigelpm
19/1/2018 14:20 | IRV is knackered. Totally and utterly. | nigelpm
19/1/2018 08:55 | Got badly burnt on Weir too and just recently on INTU were they were selling and selling it and then there was a merger proposal with HMSO. I think they will get burnt on IRV if they haven't been already. IRV's issues relate to a few projects all on energy from waste so their losses are ringfenced. Otherwise they are profitable. Also, IRV RNS's are clear and show evidence of what they are doing about the business. | cc2014
18/1/2018 08:45 | Shorters got badly burnt at Berkeley Homes, they don't always get it right. | rcturner2
18/1/2018 00:55 | hi on the shorters list was Ocado - then they released upbeat results....it's always about how the company performs - or under-performs nothing more nothing less. | fenners66
18/1/2018 00:19 | winston270 - Interserve's debt is trading at 50%. Sellers already think it's going out of business. It's only thick PIs who have no knowledge, no business experience and no clue who think that shorting can put a company into administration or liquidation. | hpcg
17/1/2018 23:26 | Well this is very non-PC, but if honours are taken away from some people on the basis of harm done... they should be taken away from others surely ? Or are there acceptable sorts of harm ? eg harm by omission. | yump
17/1/2018 22:54 | Not satisfied with their Carillion antics, the shorter's have now switched to Interserve.... | winston270
17/1/2018 20:44 | Richard howson £55k a month basic salary WTF why was he still being paid its madness I fully expect a few director banning orders and probably some criminal convictions | madbuilder
17/1/2018 18:37 | Brexitplus... I hope you didn't use the word 'payed' on that fax? | ihavenoclue
