06/1/2020 13:15 | All previous trading statements & reports are usually done at 7am for CF and the other companies I hold shares for. Check out the history on the LSE RNS News for CF. My prediction is for more group revenue growth mainly based on the extra stores opened and the Aldi concessions. They were planning an extra 20ish in the last trading quarter. The previous trading statement said profits were in line with end of year expectations. Don't see any red flags otherwise, so all good. | ![]() devonbeachbum
06/1/2020 12:34 | DEVON, I only relayed what the L.S.E basically told me. The exact timing is down to them and presumably Card Factory | ![]() ukneonboy

06/1/2020 11:25 | Steve (I will refrain on this occassion from calling you BORING) but as a "novice" investor you gotta remember and understand that Card Factory PLC is a reputable business employing a heck of a lot of staff and it has a professional image and reputation to uphold. As a listed company it also has to adhere to the rules and regs of the London Stock Exchange. If you or any other BB posters start writing false or inaccurate information you potentially destabilise the business. Now I accept that differing opinions make a market, but attempting to assassinate a well run, highly cash generative and profitable business through negative BB postings is going to attract criticism from C/F shareholders, C/F management and possibly the London Stock Exchange itself. Just think about what I'm saying to you, I obviously don't know you personally and in reality you might be a nice guy, but trying to assassinate a good business to the detriment of others is unacceptable. | ![]() ukneonboy

06/1/2020 10:57 | I honestly do not believe anything written on here would have any influence whatsoever and it is obv i am a novice anyway so nobody worth their metal would take ANY notice of me . | stevieb2190
06/1/2020 10:36 | BORINGSTEVE - wait for the Xmas trading results, then the truth will out. All the C/F stores I visited pre-Xmas and a couple post Xmas, had plenty of customers who were actually buying (not just looking). This is an undisputable fact. Maybe Xmas trading will be "bad" but based on my own personal observations, I doubt it. Actually, I think WISEMAN probably hit the nail on the head when he stated that some of the large institutional investors sold-off a few shares recently and that has caused a supply and demand imbalance. Anyway, if you are currently personally "long" or "short" in C/F your BB posts are so transparent it is so blatantly obvious when you are spouting cr@p to try to move the share price (false market, manipulation). The fact remains that Card Factory is basically a well run and highly cash generative business. It faces some challenges in the future but all businesses will (post Brexit). stick to the facts, and refrain from posting unsubstantiated cr@p about C/F and then you wont get slated. | ![]() ukneonboy

06/1/2020 10:19 | Can you read..ive gone long...the only one who has ever gloated was you in fact when card went upto the £ 1.60 range .look back over your rude comments..you got so excited you wet your pants..i have spoken about many issues about card but surprisingly i have been trying to tease out thoughts on xmas trading as that is the most relevent topic this week..nothing wrong in trying to gauge sentiment..anyways i am happy with my position and thats all that matters..anyone else reading please only post good things about card as ukneon doesnt like negativity.. | stevieb2190
06/1/2020 10:19 | BORINGSTEVE on 31 Dec 2019 you posted the following message on this BB:- QUOTE "If ukneon read my posts he will have noted that i was buying in at 140 - 150 range.also my profits were guaranteed with stop losses..infact i have stopped my position completely as for spread betting the market will get a little volatile for my liking over the next few weeks..good luck to you all except one very unprofessional poster.." in your very own words you stated "the spread betting market was going to get a little volatile for your liking". so why are you here ? and why are you still posting cr@p about C/F ? i actually think that you like the sound of your own voice too much, either that or you've got too much spare time on your hands....LOL | ![]() ukneonboy
06/1/2020 10:06 | BORINGSTEVE your problem is that you regurgitate the same old cr@p day after day after day and it really is getting BORING, BORING, BORING. when the Xmas trading results are officially published one of two things will happen. either the figures will be "bad" at which point, I fully expect you to start gloating or the figures will be "good", at which point, expect lots of "We told you so" messages. | ![]() ukneonboy
06/1/2020 09:50 | Why dont you do one ikon or whatever your called...for your info i have gone long on card factory...there is nothing wrong on having an opinion...what exactly have i said that is wrong..its blatantly obvious you are taking a bath with Card..i however am significantly in profit....and I am the only one who has correctly predicted the bath of card shares for over s year now..UNLIKE YOU..so why dont you worry about your position instead of being SO concerned zbout me | stevieb2190
06/1/2020 09:39 | BORINGSTEVE - give it a rest mate. WAIT FOR THE XMAS TRADING STATEMENT TO BE OFFICIALLY RELEASED & on a purely factual note the whole London market is down today in anticipation of how and when Iran is going to retaliate against the recent U.S. assassination. Geo-political tensions are driving the markets at the moment - NOT the cr@p that you spout !!! | ![]() ukneonboy
